I have the same question as others, what exactly makes this a "Minus World"? He clearly passes through multiple glitched stages. What qualification is needed that makes them not a "Minus World", but the thing he found is?
Did he simply find a previously unknown glitched stage? I skimmed through his excessively long video and couldn't find a single thing that looked like the "goal" from all of this. Just lots of levels with full-screen garbled images.
This really reeks like he's throwing out the word "Minus World", and using grand claims like "after 40 years!" to make naive people repost his video. And kind of looks like it's working...

He was deliberately thrill racing on a public highway famous for thrill-racing, killed himself, and murdered his own passenger.
Nothing tragic or accidental about it. He got exactly what he asked for.
