I remember getting the DS while on the way to college one afternoon. All my class-mates huddled round to watch me play Mario Kart, It was awesome! ^_^

I saw the film yesterday and I'll have to agree, it was well worth some of my shiny gold coins!

Why don't EA just host a TV sports channel, then they'd have all the graphical realism they could ever want.

I'm extremely excited for this title to arrive at our shores!

Ooh, I'll have to get this sometime! I've played The Lost Levels on All-Stars, but never this version.. should be a challenge!

@Prof_Clayton I'm still confused as well. Does it mean that they can't manufacture the actual accessory because there's no power to drive the machines that build them?

You get what you pay for really in this day and age, so I'm happy with what the price of the games will be. Games that are bought for 69p or whatever get stale extremely quickly. I like longevity and replay value when it comes to gaming, and Nintendo always manage to cater for my needs.

I'd like to see a 3DS remake, kinda like how OOT was done. ^_^

I got mine on Friday and I have to say, it's awesome!
It feels more comfortable in my hands, the top screen has less reflection, the matt finish looks really nice with no nasty fingerprints, the upscale looks good and the system transfer basically turned the XL into a carbon copy of my original 3DS. Overall, I'm very pleased with the 3DS XL.

I'm loving the matt finish! Just got done with the system transfer, everything went well.

I personally really like the look of it, I have rather large hands so this will be great for me comfort-wise. The weight doesn't scare me either, it's nice to hold something that you pay £££s for and know that it's in your hands. I don't own any games that warrant a second circle pad so overall, I'm getting it come July 28th.

Mmm.. Red one for me please! Then I'll just get myself an AC Adapter and Cradle, system transfer my stuff over and sell the regular 3DS to my brother. It'd be best to sell the old 3DS privately, because retailers like GAME will try to capitalise on some people inevitably selling their 3DS for the XL model.

I personally had no problems with the conference, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I felt that it better conveyed what the Wii U is all about, showing off some interesting games and new ways to play. I'm now looking forward to the 3DS Software Showcase a little later.

Awesome! So that's Mario Kart 7, Super Mario 3D Land and now Sonic Generations on my list of "must buy".

Unfortunately, as with most movie-game tie-ins, they are always going to be sub-par.

I'm 24 and proud of owning a 3DS. Heck, I'm proud of owning anything made by Nintendo. Sony will NEVER win me over with anything they produce, I hope they go bust.
