@rjejr Then become a game developer. A real one. Game Dev Tycoon doesn't count.
And I hope you understand Just Dance released on ALL home consoles. I'm tired of people only looking at more kid-friendly third parties on Nintendo systems. Lego is a prime example. Lego Marvels is releasing on all consoles, but people like you will just see the Wii U version and call the system kiddie for having a game all other platforms have.
@drunkenmaster76 The last basketball game I played was Street Vol. 2. That game was awesome. I loved working up my skill for the slow mo glow slam dunk. The generic rehashes are such disappointments. Try something new. The magic in SV2 is what made that game so awesome not only changing the stats and some controls every new release.
@SanderEvers Through with Ubisoft? That is the most stupid mistake you can make as an early adopted Wii U owner. Ubisoft is one of our biggest supporters and if you're still having a fit over Rayman get over it. They've more than made up for it. Free challenges every day until release. Exclusive Wii U stealth mission. Watch_Dogs will be an incredible game (probably better than GTA V). I'd hate that felllow Wii U gamer would miss out great games like AC4 or Splinter Cell because of a grudge.
@sonicfan1373 Yes. It's been confirmed for all consoles except Wii U. We're the only ones who have to wait. The only reason you didn't see it in the trailor was because this is from the Xbox One event and of course they're not going to advertise other platforms.
@SpaceApe The Wii U (2.6 million) is actually selling better than the PS3 (2.4 million) and Xbox 360 (2 million) did in the same window of time from launch. And the Wii U has no advertisement, launch games that you can get on other systems, most people don't even know it exists let alone know what it is, and people don't have as much disposable income as they did in 2005-2006.
When Nintendo drops the big IPs at E3, the Wii U will start selling like crazy. I predict it will claim victor of the 8th generation of gaming.
@DkFluttershyGuy I'm so sick of everyone basing Nintendo's whole history off of the Wii alone. The Wii was underpowered so Nintendo has always made weak hardware. Nintendo's first parties are a little more casual based so Nintendo has always made kiddy consoles. The Wii wasn't capable of running third parties because the harware was limited.
This left the console with only games by Nintendo. The Wii U will have strong third party support. People will buy this console for third parties as well as first parties. You don't only buy an Xbox to play Halo and Gears. You don't buy a PlayStation to only play LBP or Infamous.
You don't buy a Wii U only for Nintendo games. Period.

That's Mufasa's quote.
Re: Sakurai Aiming To Please "The Silent Majority" With New Smash Bros.
@rjejr Not just kids. Anybody for any age. It's not a Kiddie game. Brawl is rated T for Teens.
Re: Molyneux: Nintendo Is "Brilliant" At Attracting Players, But Their Hardware "Gets In The Way"
@AlexSays I own a 3DS and have never owned a Smartphone before (and no I'm not 15 or 14 or 13 or 12 or 11...).
Re: Molyneux: Nintendo Is "Brilliant" At Attracting Players, But Their Hardware "Gets In The Way"
@SCAR392 Gamepad was announced a full year before Smartglass.
Re: Molyneux: Nintendo Is "Brilliant" At Attracting Players, But Their Hardware "Gets In The Way"
@Caryslan PS Move launched in 2010. Wii launched in 2006. Sony copied. Period. And Microsoft copied Wii U with Smartglass.
Re: Molyneux: Nintendo Is "Brilliant" At Attracting Players, But Their Hardware "Gets In The Way"
@Hunter-D Nintendo 3DS
Re: Molyneux: Nintendo Is "Brilliant" At Attracting Players, But Their Hardware "Gets In The Way"
A reaction to smartglass? You do know copyglass was unveiled at E3 2012, an entire year after Wii U's E3 unveiling?
Re: Pachter: Without Third Party Support Nintendo Fans May End Up Buying A Second Console
@MAN1AC 3 gens? It's only been that way for Wii. Previous Nintendo platforms have had terrific 3rd party support.
