The negativity in these comments is saddening. Can't you guys at explain your reasoning for not liking Kit and Krysta? It's not just general disgust towards them being shared, misinformation is also being used to criticize them. Is it too much to ask for nuanced and informed opinions?
A lot of you guys seem to be missing that they are saying it was controversial inside Nintendo, not the general public. Nintendo is very controlling and they weren't able to do what they wanted, so higher ups got mad about it.
@Not_Soos Surprisingly it's much more simple. Not only does Krome not have the budget to complete the port, the team wants to do something else first since they've been pretty much doing only TY for the past 10 years. For their next project they've been talking about doing ports of Blade Kitten funded by a Kickstarter
@Farts_Ahoy They literally ran the social channels, ran US marketing on many AAA Nintendo games, and then on the side they did Nintendo Minute. Kit was Head of Marketing at NOA, you don't know what you're talking about
@Desrever Child actors compared to actual former Nintendo employees for over 2 decades combined, that lead marketing and the social media accounts. Stop being a cynic.
@sanderev The reason that Kit & Krysta have more articles now than ever before is because they are now able to communicate about their experiences and provide information and insight about the things that happened at Nintendo that they couldn't talk about before.
This game was originally released on the Windows Store in 2013 before being ported to Steam in 2015. This is the Steam version of the game, but with the new features shown in the video and article. This is the canon continuation of TY3 and is setting up the next game, which will be a 3D platformer.
For those of you wondering where TY3HD is, it won't be coming until after the TY2 Kickstarter rewards are fulfilled, and according to their newsletters, they probably won't need to do a Kickstarter to bring TY3HD to Switch.
This is not the place to be discussing Kotaku promoting piracy, because they weren't and it has nothing to do with this article. If you think emulating a game you purchased on a different platform is piracy, then you need to educate yourself.
@Ghost_of_Hasashi Yeah, that would be better. Or maybe this entire time Microids was really saying that they are working on a Fade to Black: Flashback 2 remake. I'd really like that since I never knew about it before and a quick search online says that it's an early 3D title and is clunky to play.
@ThomasBW84 It's still not correct. If Flashback 2 is releasing next year, it will be 30 years since the original Flashback released. Fade to Black would have released 27 years ago (next year).
If you watch the video, you can see the other 3 cartridges clearly once the Cyberpunk 2077 cartridge is inserted. The other cartridges are for each of the 3 main The Witcher games.
Duke Nukem Forever does not deserve the hate it gets. It's fun, it looked good, and it's hilarious. The only bad thing I can say about it is the loading times, those were atrocious.
I'm pretty sure it's just going to be footage of the next Detective Pikachu game that was already announced, considering nothing of it has been revealed yet.

Re: Officially Licensed 'The Legend of Zelda Collector's Edition' Chess Set Now Available For Pre-Order
@AstroTheGamosian Yeah, it's a reprint but with a different box/packaging. The board and pieces are identical to the 2017 release.

Re: Prince Of Persia: Sands Of Time Remake Dev Update Shared In New "Exclusive"
I wish people never bullied Ubisoft into restarting development just because they didn't like an art style faithful to the original game.

@Andyv01 That's so sad, I'm glad Jools is doing this, then
Re: DS Horror Classic 'Dementium: The Ward' Slashes Onto Switch eShop Soon
I'm really confused by this, because IIRC, Atooi was founded after the split of Renegade Kid, with only the pixel game IPs staying with Atooi.

Oh Capcom, you can't be having this at the same time that the SMB Movie Direct is going on!

@LavaTwilight Yes, I remember that! I believe TR: Chronicles was the 5th and final game on PS1, though.

@PessitheMystic What is it about them that has you feeling that they are dull?

Information for you fine folks:

Re: Poll: Do You Call Handhelds Like Game Boy And Nintendo DS 'Consoles'?
How it is for me is that they are "Systems." "Console Systems" and "Handheld Systems."

Re: Nintendo Expands Its Switch Online SNES And NES Service With Four More Titles
I just want Zoda's Revenge: StarTropics II, and the NES and SNES versions of Yoshi's Cookie, it's not like I'm asking for Earthbound or SMB RPG.
Re: Tails' Voice Actor Won't Be Voicing The Character In Sonic Prime
@TheFrenchiestFry I highly doubt that the VA cast is getting an overhaul of that extent. Most of the VA just changed with Team Sonic Racing in 2019.
Re: Feature: What Can We Expect From Pokémon’s 25th Anniversary?
Nice article, but both Pokemon Sleep and the Detective Pikachu sequel were announced last year in 2019, not 2018.
Re: Nintendo Download: 8th October (North America)
Why would you highlight another mediocre FIFA game and not either of the Prinny titles?
