Sixteen missions for under $10? That's more missions than a lot of disc games ... totally impressive! I can't wait for this release. Plus, it'll be released after Sky Crawlers, so we'll be beyond the "craze" from that game ... leaving us with an itch to play a new flight combat game. Looking great Legendo!

Started playing this game and am 1/3 of the way through. Have to say it's a great game, definitely worthy of a 9/10 rating. The story is deep, the extra materials are awesome, and the gameplay is very good as well. It's my first "on rails" shooter, so I'm getting used to it, but no complaints about gameplay at all. Definitely a great title and I hope EA brings more Dead Space titles to the Wii in the future.

Re: Review: Rabbids Lab (WiiWare)

A game like this needs to be released BEFORE you actually release a similar, BUT BETTER, version on a retail product. How freaking stupid are the people at UbiSoft to try to pull this off, and how freaking stupid are people (in particular, those who own Rabbids Go Home) who actually buy this title?

Re: Review: Solitaire (WiiWare)

Adam, millions of card games? Really? And would those all those millions of games be playable alone? A deck of good playing cards is a couple of bucks. This game is a couple bucks more. Not really a deal breaker if you ask me, and who really carries a deck of cards in their pocket, in the off chance they'll play solitaire? Other than no one (never mind trying to find space to lay out a solitaire game in public). If you're playing solitaire, you're most likely at home ... the very same domicile that houses your Wii. Fancy that!

No scantily clad anime girls? Sheesh, guess this won't be on the Top 25 list as long as Sexy Poker was. However, this appears to be a quality game, and for 500 points, I'll strongly consider it. What would have made it even better is if you could have had your own pictures serve as a background, or have your own music play.

Re: Sony Boss: All Your Sales Are Belong To Us, Nintendo

I'm going to buy a new PS2 before I buy a PS3. I've invested so much into my PS/PS2 collection I'd be a fool to let a last PS2 slip through my fingers, leaving me unable to play any of my games because Sony decided they'd like to reissue their entire PS/PS2 catalog through their PSN at some point.

Own, but have not opened, this title. Glad to see that it got a favorable review (though I would not have returned it had it not). Busy playing Anno 1701 and Civilization: Revolution on the NDS, so I won't crack this one open until I complete those.

For large movements, the Natal will work just fine. However it won't do pinpoint control, it won't sense you "pulling a trigger" for example ... so the Natal will not be the "be all, end all" of cool technology.

This game is a classic, and while it may not be the entire game, it still plays just like I remember it for the Colecovision. 4/10? I don't get it. I'd give it at least a 6/10, and a 7/10 seems much more fair and reasonable.

Re: Wii Version of Madden NFL 10 Selling Poorly

If I want to see sports in HD, I'll watch an actual game. I don't play video games to see virtual athletes look "sort of" realistic. Bah. Not a huge fan of these series. I typically buy them a couple years after the fact. When a video game released at $50+ can be had for $5 the following year, it's something I can wait for.

Re: Review: Defender (GameCube)

Have this for the PS2 and it was a pleasure to play. A bit difficult at some stages, but overall I truly enjoyed playing it. Like you, I was extremely disappointed in not being given an emulation of the arcade original. It seemed like it would have been a perfect addition.

Re: Brand New Rage of the Gladiator Gameplay Video

Looks like an interesting title. Consider me a potential buyer. I'm with Hobbes on this one with the B-button. Perhaps in an options menu you can give people the option to use the B-button OR the minus button for spell selection (and/or classic controller support)? Seems that using the minus button will really slow things down, especially if you have certain third-party skins on your Wiimote.

Anyways, hope you're considering a FPS down the line as well. If it's of the same quality as this game appears to be, it'd be welcomed!

Re: Review: Monster Lab (Wii)

Nice to see this is reminiscent of Monster Rancher. That is probably the title/series from PS2 I miss the most with the Wii.

ETA: Bought it and playing it. Love it! Especially like the ability to "field repair" your monster. Haven't gone online yet. Waiting to see how strong of a monster I can make first!
