Wouldn't expect Nintendo to reveal anything new here (except the 5th Smash dlc character). New game announcements at the game awards are typically underwhelming, so don't be surprised if only 1 of these actually ends up being something exciting.
Am I the only person who does not care at all about having SNES, N64, GameCube, or Gameboy games on the Switch? Like, why would I buy a brand new system to play the same old games I've been playing my whole life? I would way rather get indie titles like Cuphead, Cadence of Hyrule, and Wargroove than a bunch of retro games I already own. Everyone's entitled to their opinion, but I just don't get why virtual console on switch is SO important to everyone.
With Bayonetta 3, Babylon's Fall, and Astral Chain all in development, Platinum Games is finally becoming the big development team they deserve to be, and I'm really excited for all of their upcoming projects.
Nothing about this game looks "inspired by Zelda" at all. It almost feels like they're just mentioning Zelda to garner attention. The actual game doesn't look too bad, but it's definitely not like Zelda.
