Unlike most, when I see a company like SuperRareGames handling a physical release, I immediately decide on digital. These releases are just too hard to get!
@Alucard83 Just because they didn’t support the Wii U doesn’t mean they’re not Nintendo fans. To support that sinking ship was a bad idea for any developer. Bethesda are treating the Switch like a ‘first-class citizen’, but they were nowhere to be seen on the Wii U.
What I’m trying to say here is that these developers would have supported the Wii U if it was financially viable. The only main exception to this is Ubisoft, who deserve serious credit for sticking with Nintendo.
What this tells me is that the people over at Blizzard are genuine Nintendo fans. At least that’s what I presume. Probably never gonna get a rep in Smash though.
@Rafke That’s fair. I see where you are coming from with the plastic design, but I think it is an attempt to link with the fact that all the fighters are meant to be toys in a kids bedroom.
Personally, I feel the gameplay has really been upgraded from Smash 4. It runs at a much faster tempo, and as said in the E3 Direct, the changes number in the thousands.
In a way, I sort of agree with you on the overblown roster. While it’s nice to have so many options, I feel a quantity over quality approach may have been taken to the roster.
@Cobalt I’m actually surprised that pre-orders are below average. This seems to suggest that GameFreak’s plan to bring a more casual audience to a £300 console doesn’t seem to have worked. I’m still excited for these games anyway.
I know that the comments section here is rather toxic, but I still wanted to give my stance on things. Considering the general reaction to these lists, it may be best to stop making them.
Personally, I really enjoy seeing how you feel games in a certain series should be ranked, however this tends to bring out the worst in people.

Re: Nintendo Reveals Super Mario Party Joy-Con Bundle For Europe
My god, I remember seeing this in a ludicrous rumour. Everyone discredited it, colour me shocked.

Re: Japanese Pokémon Let's Go Pikachu And Eevee Pre-Orders Include Figures And Exclusive Art Book
@Tim_Vreeland Yeah, that makes sense. Hopefully that will be enough though.

@Rafke Just out of interest, why are you sceptical of Smash Ultimate? It would be nice to see a contrasting opinion.

@Rontanamo_Bay It’s certainly not as bad as the Mario and Zelda lists, I’ll give you that.
