@Ristar24 just tried the new update and the audio issues are still present. Maybe slightly less noticeable but still enough that I don't want to keep playing. Besides it just being annoying, I'm actually worried it will hurt the speakers connected to my TV.
Disappointed it doesn't mention more audio fixes. I had to stop playing on Switch because it keeps making this popping noise like someone is messing with an aux cable. Will download and see if it makes any improvements for me.
I've been using the PowerA Wireless GameCube style controller and it works great! Build quality isn't quite as nice as an official Nintendo product but it does offer all modern buttons + gyro! I've actually found a lot of modern games that work quite well with it.
While I’m VERY excited for this game, (bought the GBA games with my first summer job), it does look a little under-developed. Graphically it looks a little too shiny, would expect to see some more grit in the visuals. The music and sound effects didn’t really grab me. Gameplay looked fast and fluid though and that’s most important
Yoshi’s Island has a good enough art style that the North American and European version looks like a high res screen shot of the game. I don’t know why, but it was only recently I found out this game is actually Super Mario World 2. Always thought Yoshi’s Island was it’s own series
Seeing how many times Xenoblade has asked me if I would like to try casual mode, I may have something to learn from this article. So far I’ve scoffed at being called a filthy casual by a video game. I’m really feeling the story, but I suck at managing my team.
The combat in Xenoblade is a distraction from the story for me, but in something like Bayonetta I’m waiting for the cutscene to be over so I can start button mashing combos again.
The difficult gameplay in Bayonetta or Mario Maker are what makes the game for me. An easy mode there would feel like “cheating” but in Xenoblade it might feel a lot more like a helping hand. It just depends on the game and how I like it’s flavor of gameplay and story.

Re: Warhammer 40,000: Dakka Squadron Is An Aerial Assault On The Senses
I keep waiting for modern Rogue Squadron ports... this might be as close we get.
I know it’s a different developer but kind of worried about quality after all the audio issues I’ve had with Warhammer Boltgun.

@LikelySatan hopefully you get different results. I still have noticeable audio "pops" picking up my save game on chapter 1-4.

@MsMaestroon this most recent sale I’ve noticed a considerable downgrade in quality with the eshop. Kept freezing up
