During the last sales I picked up and played Doom 1993 and Doom II and I really enjoyed them. Now, should I pick Doom 3 or 64? Or both? What do you guys think
There are also files about a Pokemon MMO game made by iQue in 2004 based on Fire Red/Leaf Green. Anyway, Nintendo servers were hacked twice during the past years (do you remember the Spaceworld demos?) so I think this "leak" comes from there
@Bobb this might help you http://www.digitalemelas.com/index_ys.php#order
I did VIII (it introduced me to the saga), then I, II, Origin, IV, III, (skipped V since it's fan translated and considered a bad game) VI and VII.
@FargusPelagius in short, my suggestions are: FF III: play the 3D version. DS or PSP. FF IV: The complete collection, on PSP or PS Vita (via PS Store) FF V Advance (emulated with unofficial patches) FF VI Advance (same as above) You can find thousands of articles and threads on the internet of people discussing about the best versions of these games, by the way.
Trials of Mana 2020, so far it's been incredible. I already played the original one last summer. Also, since I don't have a PS4 or Xbox, I got Burnout Paradise Remastered. Very funny and fast-paced game. It's not Burnout 3 Takedown but I'll take it.
Bioshock and Dragon Warrior (aka Dragon Quest I), both on the Switch of course
I usually play one game at a time but, since I'm not that good at FPS games, when I started Bioshock I felt I needed to alternate between that and a more relaxing game
I finally finished Final Fantasy V Advance earlier today, during my break after lunch.
I'm sure I'll play FF VI in the near future but for now I started Doom for the first time. When I bought it it was so cheap on the eShop... Perhaps it was time for me to finally give it a try!
I didn't believe this "leak" but, seriously, it's called april fool's day for a reason. Jokes are fun and accepted but if you start a week earlier it's not that funny anymore
Since I picked up videogames again in november 2018 (without really noticing it I stopped playing during my last years of high school and first years of university, btw) I've been using HowLongToBeat to keep everything in order, and it also helped me decide which game to play time after time. My backlog has only the games I really want to play, no more than 1 per saga (ex. right now, 9 games including The Witcher 3, DQ XI, Tales of Symphonia etc.)
So far I've completed 42 games enjoying each one, from Half-Life to Ys VIII.
I tried A Hat in Time earlier this week but I couldn't really get into it so I switched to Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana and so far it's great! It's my first Ys so I didn't know what to expect but the reviews were on point.
I'll finish Castlevania Aria of Sorrow soon. After that I really want to try Ori and the Blind Forest on Switch but I might take a little break from metroidvanias before playing it as I've also completed Symphony of the night this week.
I think I'll try Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus on my PS Vita, it's a PS2 gem I didn't have the chance to play when I was a child
Since I finished Ni No Kuni earlier this week, I've decided to try Katamari Damacy Reroll and... it's great! A funny and crazy short game.
Also, since I loved Bloodstained and I usually enjoy metroidvania titles I knew it was time for me to go back and play Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. Never completed a Castlevania title before so we'll see

@FargusPelagius play Final Fantasy I: Anniversary Edition on PSP or emulated if you can. Far superior.

Re: Bloodstained: Ritual Of The Night Reaches 1 Million Sales, 2020 Development Roadmap Shared
I played this game when it became playable on the switch (can't remember the exact patch) and loved it, but I don't think I'll ever touch it again.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (May 30th)
I finally finished Dragon Quest XI S on tuesday. It "only" took me 85 hours.
I'm now playing something simpler, Ys Origin on the Vita.

Ni No Kuni, an incredible game. Since I've never owned a PS3, PS4 or a decent PC, I'm playing it for the first time.
