Appreciate your comment. To be clear I own all the current gen consoles and love them all for their various strengths. I play my Doom games on Xbox as they allow for multiple button mapping profiles for instance as a southpaw player.

Now regarding @johnedwin. If he was pointing out the PS5 benefits as a PSA then that is great but he wasn't. He was doing it in a "PS5 is better and Switch 2 sucks" mentality and that I won't abide.

I have been seeing his nonsense for years so I suggest you look more into his comments and spot the obvious.

If you can't see it....well I don't care i am done with his nonsense.

Yes the 2H2D art style has overstayed its welcome for me. They all look the same.

I want nothing more than a Terranigma remaster but if it was to be in this style I'd rather they didn't bother.

It got PS5 and Series S/X upgrades.

As long as it isn't a blurry mess (like the Switch 1 version) and runs well I'm happy.

The character designs look great. Much prefer that over the movie style.

And there is the issue, the people actually remaking the game have to believe in what they're doing as they can't please everyone regardless.

I think Yoshi just needs a proper Yoshi's Island sequel to the SNES game. That game has yet to be bettered

Hell go the Star Fox route and do a remaster of the SNES game with Cup Head style animation or something. Would be glorious.

I can play SNES Star Fox at 17fps no problem.

I still want my games running at 60fps because it is undoubtedly a better playing experience. It is also a viewpoint Nintendo itself believes in clearly for a large number of its titles.

I've never owned a gaming PC in my life.

The water effects are leagues better in the Pokemon game and as you suggest, a serious lack of colour here.

Real issue is why you have such a problem with my view that I'm not that impressed with how the game looks graphically. My view is my own and if other people are happy then fair play.

Also Resident Evil is traditionally seen as a Playstation title, has been out for weeks and there were two new releases on Switch 2 this week to occupy Switch 2 owners' playtime (one is top of the charts there and the other one is second).

And in both cases the games are selling more on Switch 2 than Series X which has the much bigger userbase.

Whatever point you were trying to make. You failed (as usual).

Don't understand the negativity of "for which only 13% of sales came from Switch 2" For Pragmata.

The Switch 2 userbase is still tiny compared to PS5 and Series S/X in the UK. 13% is a fantastic showing.

The Star Fox series has been at its best (Star Wing and Lylat Wars) when it was a rail shooter with branching paths and limited free roam parts.

More of that please.

And would prefer the soundtrack be based on the SNES game as it was more orchestral and spacey epic.

I'm keeping my plasma going for as long as I can and dread the day I have to move on to a modern TV.

Have to say I have never noticed any lag issues with my plasma and the fighting genre is one of my favourites and never had any issues playing competitively etc. Maybe just got used to it over the years. If it does exist it is well worth the sacrifice!
