Hopefully this will help move more units for the Wii U! And hopefully after that and more first-party titles pop up, things will look better in the future!
While I don't agree with the design too much, it would be good financially for those who want 3DS games but don't like/want to pay extra money for the 3D aspect.
Also it sounds like it'll be a good game as the director of Far Cry 3 is making it and that was a good game, not a full RPG but was still good. Excited for this.
That is awesome! They should do the GameCube next because, when I was younger I always kind of thought it was a robot what with the glowing eye looking thing.
@Caryslan That is true that those two conoles are still huge enough and will make a ton of money on games still even though the next-gen is peeking through. It's just a little frustrating that even though developers will probably make more money with PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of their games that Wii U aren't getting any version, not to mention they choose their reason for it a lot sometimes too.
@sinalefa Yeah it's weird, developers/publishers constantly get on the Wii U about it's hardware, (like EA not making Battlefield 4 for the Wii U because it "can't run the frostbite engine" even though PS3 and Xbox 360 get their versions of it) yet they constantly make versions of next-gen games for the last-gen consoles. They're spending more money on last-gen console versions than they would making a version for the Wii U.
It's annoying. Developers don't think their games will sell well on the Wii U and so they takeaway a feature about it and when the game sells bad they think that people with the Wii U only want Nintendo games or they think "low install base, obviously". Sure it wouldn't sell as much on the Wii U as it would on other consoles but taking features away will just hurt sales even more.
Sounds like an interesting game and nice to see people who worked for Rare make games for Nintendo as official developers. I wonder if they'll eventually start making games for the Wii U too?
I know this is unrelated to Disney Infinity but, I am curious since Nintendo seems to have a strong relationship with Disney, (Planes being exclusive to Nintendo consoles, right?) and since they own Star Wars and gave making Star War games to EA who at the moment isn't making games for the Wii U, is it possible that Disney could make them make games like Battlefront 3 for the Wii U? I don't know much about publishers and other company relationships but just wondering. Anyways going back on topic Disney Infinity probably will be a huge hit with kids especially the ones who liked Skylanders a ton. The fact that their favorite Pixar characters could be a toy and a video game character will be adored.

@Yosher Happy late birthday!
Anyways these pictures look pretty awesome! Though the Kirby one excites me for a Galaxy stage.

Re: Super Mario 3D World and Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze Dated for Holiday Bonanza
Can't wait for those games! Also happy that Tropical Freeze is $50 instead of $60. I miss those Wii $50 priced games haha.
Re: Chibi-Robo! Let's Go, Photo! Rated In Australia
Yes! Another Chibi-Robo game would be awesome, even though I never really played it, I've always had an interest in it though.

@SkywardCrowbar No, I think they said they won't bring any Wii U exclusives but will still support it with games.
