Looks like a great puzzler. Pity about the lack of even WiiConnect24 score boards, online play would've helped it top Dr. Mario. As is, it still sounds like a worthwhile way to spend 1000 points.
Making a game Cool For Attractive People takes time. You've got to figure out who's Attractive first, then visit your psychologist to deal with intimacy issues... Then comes the arduous task of making the game Cool for those People, but Uncool for Unattractive People. Then you wake up in a cold sweat one day and realize you're not even sure what constitutes "People". And on like that...
They need the time to make the game work, that's more than fine with me.
Interesting... Releases every two weeks, and still only one WiiWare? And a Nintendo-published one other than Pokemon? And another puzzle game immediately after Dr. Mario? Very odd. I doubt Reggie will do anything like this... but then again, he might.
Odd scheduling aside, it looks like a great game! Here in the US I'd expect Pokemon in June and Magnetica Twist in July, though. (1 game per publisher per month here, they say.)
You'll note that not only did TV Show King take 4th, it HELD 4th against the onslaught of Dr. Mario. TV Show King's the "Carnival Games" of WiiWare, it seems. Low quality is ignored due to "fun for the whole family". Though I was under the impression those Wiis weren't online...
Before Dr. Mario, Defend Your Castle was king, and it well deserves that honor. For 500 Wii Points, it's "full of win".
I doubt Dr. Mario demos count, as those are sent from within the game, not the Wii Shop...

Re: North American WiiWare Top 10
Looks like Toki Tori's making a nice climb, it may surpass Pop or Table Tennis by mid-week. Well, depending on what WiiWare comes Monday.
