Am I the only one that doesn't get the big deal with VR?
It doesn't matter how emersive you make something, I am totally aware that I'm not actually doing anything, because I don't feel it.
I'm totally aware I don't have a basket ball, because though I'm holding one in VR, I don't feel it in real life. There's nothing there. I know I'm not swimming, because I'm not wet, or cold.
Not to mention, if you need a controller to move around, then how is that any different than playing a game in first person view?
