@MS7000 yeah, mine will be too. I never had enough friends to really take advantage of the street pass and even during the height of the 3DS even if I took it out and about with me I rarely ever got any street pass hits, I could literally travel to the nearest city and still get no hits so I could only rely on my sister and my friend who had 3ds'. As much as I'd love to see the DS make a return I don't think it's gonna happen especially with them taking down the Estore in a couple months, while people like you and me may still play for nostalgia I can see the end for the DS coming soon.
