What the heck? The MAJOR problem with making the assertion that Nintendo might not allow pre-orders for the SNES Mini because "scalpers gobbled up all the NES Mini pre-orders" is that NINTENDO DIDN'T ALLOW NES MINI PRE-ORDERS IN THE FIRST PLACE, which is what caused such a messy launch.
