Count me in for Cadillacs & Dinosaurs and Captain Commando, plus The Punisher. Also, if it's not too much trouble... Disney's Aladdin? It was a great game!
I desperately want one, but conditions haven't properly aligned yet. I live in Brazil. Nintendo doesn't have representation down here. So whatever stores are selling it, and most are online, they're selling imported units and charging for it what would amount to US$ 660. For US$ 470 I could get the Deluxe unit plus 2 games, and I don't think I'd pay almost US$ 200 bucks for shipping. The issues I face are import taxes if I bought it online and had it delivered here, versus the ability to pay in installments down here to "ease the pain". So yeah, it's a conundrum right now.
I had it on the Mega Drive and now own it on my iPhone... and would gladly get it on the Wii U. But that screenshot looks like a big departure from the original.
Fact of the matter is a DS game costs around 30 bucks, which would be around 60 bucks here in Brazil. However, those same games actually cost 130 bucks down here, which would be 65 dollars. Most people are not trying to be "smart" when they download games, they're trying to circumvent the crazy amount of taxes their countries use to exploit them. I don't like doing it and I'm not saying others should do it. I'm just explaining what happens sometimes.
Took me almost a full year to get a Wii exactly because of that. I live in Brazil, where we usually pay more than 100% of the US price, but it was very hard to import a Wii early on. And I wanted to get a Wii U for my household for Christmas, but I guess I'll have to wait till February os something. I understand demand and all that, but I refuse to pay a penny above what the company that created the thing is asking for.

Re: Nintendo to Pull the Plug on Several Online Wii Channels
I usually pull up the Weather Channel every time I turn on my Wii, and I'll update the News Channel just to have the headlines scrolling there.
