An odd game that seemed a little endless at times, and I'm still not sure what the point of it was. Still, it kept me occupied for a few nights. Glad I picked up a used copy from eBay.
This was fun, though rather creepy in spots. My poor cat certainly needed many more than nine lives to get past the Zerks. There is an opportunity to receive a couple badges by finding sheet music and flowers, but there were no benefits that I could figure out. A little more backstory on the city would have been nice. It kept me busy for a few evenings.
The game starts out with interest, and I enjoyed the artwork and the story line. But the very precise timing that is needed to solve many of the problems became tiresome. Did not finish.
I have no idea why the reviews are so high for this game, the horrific dialog and very irritating and repetitive character comments made me quit this game at level 42. I'm not sure why I lasted so long.
This was a very tedious game. It's finished (thank goodness), but this is one that I will never play again. The battle system was repetitive and tiresome, and I groaned out loud every time a fight started.
I've been playing video games of various genres since the late 70's. I can state without doubt that BOTW is the finest game in the Adventure category that I have ever played. Massive kudos to the entire development team!
This is great fun with a wonderful feel to it. The puzzles are challenging and require some experimentation to get them solved. My only complaint is that I have no idea how close I am to the end. I've been through 40+ puzzles/levels but there is no way to know how much farther I need to go.

If a spearman can still destroy a tank I will not be buying!

Re: Review: Celeste (Switch eShop)
Poor mechanics; unsat. No idea why the reviews are so good. This was a complete waste of $5.00
Re: Video: What Was Your First Video Game Ever?
Zork (text adventure). Yes, I'm that old. First game with video was probably pong.
