Re: Don't Get Your Hopes Up For Xbox Game Pass Appearing On Switch

I have 8 games. Funny that it's the average! I am very casual, not a hardcore gamer at all, so I only buy when I REALLY want something and have the money. I don't get/make a ton of time to play, so I still have a backlog even with the 8 I own. I bought a Switch because I desperately wanted to play Luigi's Mansion 3, but Breath of the Wild stole all of my love, and I'm currently trying to 100% it on Master Mode.

For my needs, personally, I would love one that is a "dedicated" home console. One that perhaps cuts the cost by downsizing the screen or removing it altogether so that it is purely for television use.
But really, I'll be interested in whatever they put out.

Re: Rumour: Legendary Entertainment Has Plans For More Live-Action Pokémon Movies

Disclaimer: I have played no "true" Pokemon games. Ever.
With that said, I am going to see the movie. I had no idea who Mr. Mime was before watching the trailer. I don't know any of Psyduck's special abilities. So why the heck am I interested in the movie? Because it looks weird and fun. So if the ultimate goal of the movie is to draw casuals, or even ultra-ignorant people like me into the Pokemon franchise, then they are doing an excellent job so far. Ryan Reynolds as a creepily real Pikachu, who for some reason is a detective? I'm in.

Something you have to remember is that movies are a fickle business. Things get bought, tossed around, and scrapped all the time. If Detective Pikachu does well at the box office, of course they'll make another like it. That's how movies work. But if it does poorly, I wouldn't expect to see these plans come to fruition.
