@WaveBoy Man, do I disagree. I loved Clock Tower on the PlayStation, one of my favorite games. I played the SNES one a couple of times back in the day, though I vaguely remember it. I will be downloading it promptly when it releases in America.
@Bass X0 Oh. I could have sworn I saw two versions released before, but perhaps that was the arcade version in a different region. Nonetheless, I think one version is enough.
The review on IGN is actually inaccurate (which affects the score.) He states there is no radar in the game (when there actually is) and also says you can't gain more neighbors after the amount depletes (when actually, you can get it back to ten with enough points.)
I like how they are pretending to be having fun, so much fun in fact. I'm sorry, I hate to dog on a game that I have yet to play, but I just remember how awful (in my opinion) the first one was. I don't have high hopes for this one either, judging by what I've seen.
@Syr You're thinking of Supermarket Sweep. The premise wasn't exactly to race each other, but to collect certain items in a specific amount of time (and yes, you would run around a market with a shopping cart.)
I'm still holding off on downloading the final chapter of The After Years simply because I've only played through two challenge dungeons. A lot of my other characters/files are very underleveled.
Now I feel silly. I've been waiting and waiting for them to release more chapters for the After Years and never even bothered to actually CHECK Wii Shop. I was just waiting for an announcement.
I'm also irritated that they haven't released a new episode for Final Fantasy IV: The After Years, it's been two months since they released the first. Now that it's been so long that I've played, I don't even remember what was going in the story. By the time they do release it, I'm going to be lost.
As far as the virtual console goes, I haven't downloaded anything since Super Mario RPG, and that was released a year ago. I'm still waiting Nintendo for you to release something actually worthwhile.
The fact that LucasArts is supporting the Virtual Console sheds light on so many titles. But truly, the only title I care about is Zombies Ate My Neighbors.
The day that releases on the Virtual Console will be a joyous day indeed.
I can't say this is my favorite in the series, but I love it nonetheless.
What's great about the Zelda series is that each installment gives you some fresh and new to tackle (Zelda 64 was the first 3D title, Majora's Mask dealt with time, Wind Waker was cel-shaded.)
Each title has it's own charm about it. If you can't appreciate them all for what they are, then I feel sorry for you.
Ahh... so many great memories with this game. I remember staying up to the crack of dawn with friends playing multi-player matches. Whether the game comes out on the virtual console or on Xbox Live Arcade, I'm covered.
Yay, Mario Golf. It probably won't see a stateside release until next year, because Nintendo is obsessed with releasing Turbo Grafix's (or however you spell it) games every week.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed for Mario Tennis as well, can't wait for that.
One of my first video games I ever had, and still my favorite Mario game on the NES. Even though people may not like the off-the-wall elements of the game, because it is indeed very different from 1 and 3, but it's legacy continues on to this day.
I remember being just a little kid and I would try so hard to build a town, but nothing would ever start building. It wasn't until later that I was at an understanding that buildings cannot function without ELECTRICITY.
I can understand why Europe got this before America simply because Europe did not receive a PAL version, but why did Japan receive this MONTHS ago? Are they always first?
I somehow remember an article on the net, I believe it was IGN stating that Mario RPG was confirmed to be released last year...? I don't mind waiting, especially for a game this good, but the wait is beginning to get a little ridiculous.

Re: Review: Final Fantasy III (Virtual Console / Super Nintendo)
I've never been a fan of Final Fantasy VI. I've tried and tried to get into it, but I just can't. I'll stick with my IV and V.
Re: Japan Getting Online Multiplayer for a Virtual Console Title
Nintendo to add online functionality? Blasphemy!
Re: Nintendo Download: 20th December 2010 (North America)
Will definitely pick up Mario Party here soon, haven't played the 2nd title in the series in ages.
Re: Nintendo Download: 3rd December 2010 (Europe)
Why is it that NeoGeo are the only games to be released on the Virtual Console as of late? Rather annoying if you ask me.
Re: Harvest Moon 64 Will Not Sprout on Virtual Console
Not a fan of Harvest Moon, but it really is too bad, especially for the large crowd of fans this game harbors.

Re: WiiWare Demo Program Demo Ending This Month
Nintendo is so far behind in the times.
Re: Review: Ghoul Patrol (Virtual Console / Super Nintendo)
I'm a huge fan of Zombies Ate My Neighbors, and tried Ghoul Patrol a few years back... but was far from impressed.
Re: Luigi's Mansion to Get Sequel?
I hope Nintendo isn't lazy and makes an actual sequel.
Re: Miis Race to the Finish in Sonic Racing
Oops, that comment was directed towards BB, not X, read the wrong name.
Anywho, to reiterate, just because SEGA's name is on the box does not mean the game will suck. Never assume anything.
Re: Miis Race to the Finish in Sonic Racing
SEGA isn't so much developing this game, X, Sumo Digital is, and they are also the ones who developed the infamous OutRun games.
Don't be so close-minded. I'm certain this game will rock as Sumo is great at the racing genre.

Re: Nintendo Download: Monkey Island, Zoos, 'Copters, Face Stealing and Puzzles! (US)
Why do they keep releasing different versions of Solomon's Key? What a waste of space.

Re: Nintendo Download: Art, Beasts, Cars, Paddles and Wars (US)
I don't know why I check Nintendo's update every week. I just end up getting disappointed.
Re: Zombies Ate My Neighbors Heading to Virtual Console for Real This Time?
Yes, it's about time! One of my favorite games of all time.

@Syr You're thinking of Supermarket Sweep. The premise wasn't exactly to race each other, but to collect certain items in a specific amount of time (and yes, you would run around a market with a shopping cart.)
Nothing for me this week, again.
Re: Nintendo Download: Rygar, Solomon's Key, Spaceball and Solitaire (EU)
I'm still holding off on downloading the final chapter of The After Years simply because I've only played through two challenge dungeons. A lot of my other characters/files are very underleveled.
Re: OFLC Ratings Promise Street Fighting Action
Yeah. I look forward to Duck Tales.
Re: First Impressions: Classic Controller Pro
There's something about the old classic controller that I like. It's so... cute.
Re: Nintendo Download: Rebirths, Colours, Jedis and Clubhouses
Wow, Super Mario RPG was the last VC game that I downloaded, and that was a year ago?
Re: Nintendo Download: Monkeys, Rattles, Fantasies and Puzzles (US)
Still nothing for me this week... But, at least next week the final chapter of the After Years will be available for download (I think.)
Re: Japanese Virtual Console list - September 2009
I so totally forgot about Super Smash Bros. until someone had mentioned it. I can't believe we don't have it here yet.
Re: Nintendo Download: Jedis, Drills and Bubbles (US)
@E-160 Feraligatr Actually, none of those. Just overreacting.
Re: Nintendo Download: Jedis, Drills and Bubbles (US)
Ugh, these bad weeks are getting old.

Catch-up week? Give me a break. This is awful.

C'mon Zombies Ate My Neighbors!
Re: Nintendo Download: Kindred Spirits, Rock N' Roll, Star Wars and Different Art (US)
Crappy week, but hey, this means Zombies Ate My Neighbors has a great chance.
Re: Nintendo Download: Mechas, Sexy Poker, Football and Art (US)
Yet another bad update.
Re: Japanese Virtual Console list - August 2009
Final Fantasy IV?! Agh! Why does Japan get all the good stuff?
Re: What Nintendo games do you want to see on the Virtual Console?
Mario Tennis for the Nintendo 64. Must. Have.
Re: Nintendo Download: Bits, Tanks, Ants, Commandos, Pulses and Brains (US)
I'm revolting--I'm not buying one more VC or WiiWare game until Super Smash Bros. is released onto the Virtual Console. In your face, Nintendo!

^ Ditto.

Re: Japanese Virtual Console list - January 2009
Why more TurboGrafx games? They've released enough of those already. Turbografx needs a break to release more Nintendo 64 games.
Re: USA VC Update: Enduro Racer
I think one virtual console game is going to be the norm from now on.
Re: USA VC Release - Earthworm Jim
Meh, never played it.
Re: Virtual Console games to be directly downloadable to SD cards
They call this a solution?
Re: Mario Golf
I love the main theme!
Re: USA VC Releases: Mario Golf and Shining Force II
Yay! Mario Golf!

I'd download this but I already own Master Quest. Wonderful game though.
