@Max_the_German Junior IS Donkey Kong as we know it. Cranky is the original DK and DK from Country onwards is junior. Cranky even calls him junior on the regular in DKC.

They changed the design from the SNES Kart to the Rare designed one but they are both one and the same

Personally I think these motion controls combined with the stick cancel makes this the way to play the game. After three years of playing the game its like a huge refresh

Pikmin 4 news I'm most after

The first game didn't really click with me but Splatoon 2 is one of my go to games on Switch. I don't know whether it's anything the sequel does better or it just took me that long to 'get it'.

I favoured my Xbox over the Wii u which probably accounts for my lack of engagement last time. I'm now a sole Switch owner so I have been able to put in the necessary time. As with Arms it only took a little perseverance to understand the Nintendo way of doing things.

Smash for me online is frankly unplayable. If this means fixes are imminent then good.

@DannyBoi As far as I know Nintendo are releasing Animal Crossing, Yoshi, Luigi's Mansion 3, Fire Emblem and Pokémon. Maybe even Metroid 4 and Bayonetta 3.

Can't believe I'm excited for SNES games on Switch. But I am.

Overwatch is the only game I miss since going Switch only. Paladins shows it's feasible and does a reasonable job of scratching the same itch but just lacks the polish. Gyro controls please!

And bless Fallout 4, it's less RPG and more poor shooter. Give us a polished up New Vegas instead.

As for the rest, I'm less bothered about ports from non Nintendo consoles. I want my Zeldas all on one console damn it!
