Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order Lands On Switch On 19th July

I only have a week to beat this but woo I’m gonna try real hard. I am so stoked for this game!!!

While not appropriate for this game I shall say it anyway: It’s MARVEL, baby!

So who is the blond in the trailer with the guns?

The game is looking great, I'm watching treehouse footage right now. Should be a blast!!!!

The one point in the direct where I was worried. When too much was going on the framerate was stuttering a lot. Hopefully they will clean it up before release.

Still looks like more fun than that Crystal Dynamics Avengers game.

I wish all DLC was free, just like the other avengers game. Oh well, we get X-men in this one at least

I know, I love how the game is just shown and they are advertising the three dlc packs. Lol. Bet they are already on the card and we are paying to unlock them.

One marvel Avenger game with a CG trailer... and another marvel game that looks like a F2P Mobile game. I don't get it.

But Only seen one Avenger movie, and only just got SpiderMan mostly because it was $20 (not seen homecoming either)

So, Doubt I am the demographic for either game.

I'm watching Treehouse footage now and have been fully convinced. They're even using the Jim Lee and Fox animation versions of the X-men...say what?! Instant must buy!

@Gkobz this game was first shown awhile back. It’s almost release and most games reveal their DLC plans before release. I doubt they’ll be on the game card but we’ll know at release, as dataminers work quick.

I really want this, but there are just too many games. I hope it doesn’t get lost in the shuffle.

This is what comic book characters should look like in a game. Idealized, colorful, exaggerated and comic accurate. That other Avengers game just looks...oof. Can't wait to get this.

These days the full game isn't even on the card

With it being a Koei Tecmo game, I knew there'd be DLC. I really want the game, but this is putting me off.

@RainbowGazelle Wait a year there might be a sale or a Goty bundle because if this game is anything close to the original it's a whole bunch of fan service with solid gameplay if not some repetition that can be fixed with some co-op.

Ghost Rider, yes! They just keep checking things off my wishlist!

Well if the dlc sells as good as the second version, they will have some good sales. Last dlc pack had sales and they even removed it from the shops as the publisher didn’t renew the licenses.

Was thinking the same thing. I’m hoping for Moon Knight as well, but if anything he’d been in the Marvel Knights DLC ☹️

I’d say that’s likely, but I was expecting DLC for this with it being Koei Tecmo. Lots of characters though, I’m very pleased with what I’m seeing.

@Gkobz @khululy I looked at the Treehouse Stream and it seems to have a lot of characters in the base game. I think I'll probably buy it.

There are something like 32 characters in the base game.

I am not excited to see an expansion pack... but I am still quite interested in playing this title.

I will always feel that it is incredibly poor taste to ask people to buy DLC before the game is even out.

I used my voucher and pre purchased this. I'll buy the expansion later as there was no discount for buying it bundled.

Now I'm just waiting for Fire Emblem to be available for pre purchase.
