It was great fun, BUT, i kept disconnecting At least in 4 cups i DC'ed in the last race and probably lost the points, VERY frustrating

connection issues here too very annoying

do i keep the points despite the disconnect?

About time we get a fps on the 3ds, so that's a good thing.

And about the gameplay hours; you can beat any modern fps in that time, any cod or any battlefield.

If you really like to game and spend 500-600 dollars on a smartphone expecting great gaming, well you're doing it wrong IMO...

Yes please! A DK64 style dk game would be awesome, with tons of stuff to collect and secrets. I really miss those 3d collect a ton platformers.

Good news The 3ds is really lacking in the fps genre.

Mario 3D Land also had a Zelda vibe in one of the levels, it even had the signature Zelda "discovery" sound when you did something..

The game is OK i guess.

The 3d levels are just so empty, almost nothing going on and there's really no secrets on them, nothing to explore. (this probably explains the 60fps even with 3d on)

The controls also feel slightly stiff at times. (3d levels)

The 2d levels are quite good though.

Back to the 60fps thing; i would take 30fps ANY DAY if it means more content, and more stuff going on and secrets to discover/explore. For this type of a game 60fps is a gimmick, plain and simple.

I still have this game And what a beast it is, it's incredibly hard. I was always desperately searching for health and ammo, even on easy mode. It was a quite intimidating game thanks to the brutal difficulty and great atmosphere. Also the music is very very well done.
