Won't be Emulation period. The switch uses the X1 Tegra... Same as the Nvidia shield TV. That device can't run dreamcast with emulation full speed even when decently optimized. No way switch will be able to.
They will need to make them actual ports. I doubt they will uprez textures or anything... But it will need to run native via a port. Emulation of dreamcast system or higher (wii u, ps2, etc..) can't really be done on an X1 Tegra.
