Old_Bruce... you hit the nail on the head. I do think all the extra modes and video mode quests, etc, add much more depth to the game, and that's why I gave it a 8/10. Everybody jump on this one! It's an A+!

It will all depend on how gimmicky that new system would look and what games it would play... I'm happy with my DSi for right now, but by late 2010 I'll probably be ready for something else. Bring it on, Ninty!

Good, but I gave this one an 8 myself, because a 7 just didn't seem like it was enough. Great game, all around, and I dare anyone to make a pinball game for the DS more realistic and fun than this! One thing about the music... when you are in a Quest sometimes it sounds like you are on the season finale of Hell's Kitchen... kind of nervewracking but I like it. Haha...

Wow, lots of great insight here! Maybe we should move some of this off this topic.. lol. I love the ideas about having said games posted for that month available for us all to see... in North America I mean. And I think that Nintendo's canned response is a very typical response from a company that is too big for it's britches, kind of like Atari in the late 80's. Funny thing is... Nintendo is what killed Atari off because Atari passed on Super Mario Brothers. How uncanny is that?

After playing Pinball Pulse for about an hour, I have to give this game a 7/10, great graphics, sound, gameplay is awesome... I would have scored it higher if there were another Pinball board here but we just get the 1 for 500 points. Not too bad, Nintendo... but please give us more than one new DSiWare game per week! The Japanese get 5 to 6 DSiWare games every single week...

Hardy83... I totally agree! That way we would know how long to save our points for and get what we all really want... Or maybe that's why they don't, because they know poor suckers like me will download almost anything and play it... ;-/

Cheezy... agreed... I will download this for sure.. just clueless as to how 5 titles are going to be released for DSiWare within the next 2 weeks... Because you know their track record with America... 1 release per Monday... sad

We'll have to see if this is a good game or not. Still disappointed that we only get 1 DSIWare title per week, and usually they are something really out of left field, like this title. Here's hoping it's a worthy download!

FIVE Dsiware titles this week in Japan, and SIX last week?! That's more than we have for 3 months!!! sad I wish they treated us with the same respect and furvor as they do the Japanese DSI owners ;-/

Yay!! For some reason I didn't think this would see the light of day in North America (maybe the title? lol) but I am very glad that it is! Sounds like it would be a very fun challenging puzzle experience!

MySims camera... SRSLY? LOL. Wow. My fellow Americans' taste in gaming never ceases to amaze me. Thorium Wars isn't in the Top 20 because it's a higher priced game, but so far I am loving it... just goes to show you even an old cranky cheap tightwad like me can enjoy a $10 downloadable game, too. Good to see Guitar Rock Tour still hanging on... it's actually a very fun and challenging game! Still playing it lol...

Wait... Has anybody actually played THIS version and want to tell us about it here? I want to get a Wii and I am checking out WiiWare to see if its ultimately worth it... I loved the original Arkanoid and the port on DS, too.

I gave it a 7 out of 10. Almost 100% what Corbie said but I really don't like RPG games outside of Zelda (does that count?) so it wasn't for me... Kind of like a total board game but on the dsi and with the rules kinda jumbled up. Great graphics but... I dunno... just not playing it at all anymore.

Cheezy.. what do u think of DQW? I downloaded it today, it looks interesting but only got to play it for like 5 minutes while on break @ work today. Worth the $5 just for online multiplayer?

I am wanting MyNotebook (release date: October 09?) and Solitaire DSi to come out...

With online multiplayer and fresh game play at only 500 dsi pts, can you go wrong?

EDIT: Wait. I have played this for over an hour and I have to give pause... Only d/l this if you truly think you like strategy type RPG board game stuff. I don't see myself playing this a whole lot, but the graphics are good and the general idea seems okay, just implemented a little awkwardly for my taste. After playing online and through tutorials and in free mode, I give this 6 out of 10 stars. B

For 500 points and online play, you can't go wrong!

DQWars... Hrm... Might have to give it a try. Art Academy is a terrific app, but the 1st semester only had a handful of lessons (four or five i think) and I didn't think it was worth the 800 pts. DQWars seems like an awesome game, features online multiplayer and is only 500 pts. Hrm, wonder which I'll be getting??

Come on Nintendo... release this in NA! I wanna play...
