The thing is there are cases of what could be considered crippling addiction. They are incredibly uncommon , but they do happen. I'd have to side with the WHO on this one in the sense that it does exist.
It really only becomes a mental disorder when it interferes with your ability to function. Like, you can express mild forms of the symptoms, but if you can still function on the level of someone without those symptoms, then you are not suffering from the actual disorder, just expressing the symptoms. Also, an official classification would make it much, much easier for someone that suffers from the disorder to get treatment.
I' going to try to finish Snake Pass and Rogue Trooper Redux, and the rest of my free time will be spent with Skyrim, Super Mario Odyssey, and Fire Emblem Warriors.

Re: Talking Point: What Games Are You Playing This Weekend - Countdown to the Holidays
It'll be a mix of Skyrim, Xenoblade 2 and Xenoverse 2 this weekend, with some Superbeat Xonic or Golf Story to break things up between sessions.
Re: Review: VVVVVV (Switch eShop)
You couldn't have reviewed the game in 2010, as the 3DS wasn't out yet.
