i think everyone who says nintendo got greedy selling two fire emblem games are the actual greedy people here. Look, nintendo spent an extremely long time producing each game with their own characters, maps, supports, children, enemies, differing classes the units can be promoted to, and different cut scenes. these are two different games and should be treated as such. So shut up because you don't understand how people can release two games in a series at once unless it has almost no deviations. "cough"pokemon"cough"
@Haxonberik saying that two games that are made by the same developers are practically the same is like saying earthbound and the legend of zelda are the exact same game even though they are nothing alike. yes it may feature the same gameplay mechanics but thats how video game franchises work.
It would be nice if you could have two save files each with the other story arc. However I wouldn't mind it if they weren't because each story arc has so much differing content that i wouldn't put it past nintendo if they make two seperate versions.
-on a side note, when i get both copies am going to play through hoshido first and move onto nohr afterwards because the nohr path is harder, or so ive heard.
-if you dont believe me on how much the content differs, just watch the nintendo treehouse day 2 and 3 for fire emblem fates
well for one, fire emblem the sacred stones only split for about six chapters, and fates splits for about 22. Not to mention how each game is completely different other than those first six, each containing different maps, different characters, different bosses, and different supports. So don't get pissy because you think two separate games shouldn't be sold separately. I don't hear you complain over the Pokemon games even though they are exactly the same with only a few differences mainly relating to the actual Pokemon with the exception of ruby and sapphire and their remakes@Caryslan

Re: Fire Emblem Fates Birthright Edition Is The Popular Choice In Japan
the only issue i have concerning the gay marriages is that you the only characters in which you can marry are both psychos.
