@RETRO_J Wow, thank you so much for the kind words! It's not often you hear positive feedback for guides, so know that I really appreciate it. More to come!
@MasterJay I understand. Our take on it was that we wouldn't cover Fortnite in this capacity at least until it's actually out on Switch. We'll keep it off the main feed though, and I'll keep checking back the comments to see how you guys feel about it. So don't hesitate to let me know if you have any problems with our coverage plans!
This guide and a select few others will probably pop up in the main news feed occasionally, but we're going to hide the bulk of our Fortnite content because it doesn't really interest the core audience.
@HobbitGamer I'd recommend it, it's a super fun game! You certainly don't HAVE to spend money either – everything you can buy is purely cosmetic, so won't give you a gameplay advantage.
We'll also put up a beginner's guide shortly so you can get a few tips on how to survive. Stay tuned!
@Galenmereth We'll be hiding MOST of our Fortnite guide content, unless we think a guide applies to all of the readers. I think this one is beneficial to all!
Also, the microtransaction system is purely based around cosmetics – you gain no gameplay advantage whatsoever from spending money. Hope that helps!
@Ooyah No offence taken! We actually do just as you suggest. If you take a look at the main feed, this guide doesn't appear there. It's in its own section found under 'Features' - 'Guides'.
We do have plans for plenty of Fortnite guide content, but it won't appear in the main news feed. Don't worry.
@darkswabber Thanks! We'll tweak. Tbh, I think I might make the list of confirmed stages a different article, because this is already turning into a bit of a beast
@okeribok Thanks! Turns out we missed a few of the single items from the last DLC - Ravio's Hood, Island Lobster Shirt, and Zant's Mask. They're all up now
@MH4 Thanks! I appreciate the understanding. We regularly check top Google searches for Pokémon GO, and one of the highest is how to evolve Wurmple. The proof is in the pudding that this is now one of our highest trafficking Pokémon GO guides, and it continues to do well.
We don't just hammer out guides at random. We take a data-driven approach and answer questions already being asked.
And no, there doesn't seem to be a way to force an evolution with Wurmple, but as MH4 says, I believe there is value in at least letting people know that there ISN'T an influencing factor, so you can put your mind at ease. I certainly don't see the harm in it – we're not tricking people, just answering the question they want answered.
We completely understand that there are a percentage of you that don't want these articles in the feed, and are working on putting them in their own section. But at the same time, no one's forcing you to read them. There's plenty more content on the site to keep you busy, so perhaps read that instead?
@ShadJV Reddit often has more in-depth guides as enthusiasts generally dedicate themselves to specific games, while sites try and cover everything. We appreciate your feedback though, and have updated this guide, citing the Reddit post!
Thanks for the useful feedback all! I've updated most of the entries to make it more clear what you have to do to unlock the specific characters, included Toon Zelda, and made a few changes here and there for the weapon types.
@rjejr I think it's also worth mentioning that you do get a battery extension for paying too – mine's up to 8 now. Tbh, that's fine for me because I don't really want to be playing this all the time, and I'm finding I'm not really using up the batteries ever. I just sort of dip in, do a few expeditions, then leave it for a bit. That's just me though.
@rjejr It's super slow unless you buy the Expedition Packs. I bought them last night and already have well over 40 Pokémon, and that's after using a bunch of them to train my favourites.
If you like it, and don't mind spending money, the Expedition 3-Pack makes it behave more like a traditional game.
@ZiggyZane I think you'll always need the gyroscope to aim your throw, but I know you can press a button to actually throw instead of flicking. Hope that helps!
@edgedino Hey! We just added the DLC friends. We opted not to include them at launch to avoid confusion. Wouldn't want peeps thinking you could get them at the time!
@Fandabidozi Haha! In hindsight, that does read a little harsher than I intended! I love Canvas Curse, and was more pointing out that it's not really a traditional Kirby game. But the more you dig into it, the harder it is to figure out what a real Kirby game actually is!
Hey guys, we appreciate your feedback! Something you're going to see more of going forward are evolving guides that we'll regularly update and keep on top of. I've added a bunch more stuff to this guide based on your feedback already, and will continue to do so!
@StormtheFrontier That's up to you actually! It's best to play, figure out a play style, and then improve in the areas you use more often. If you're riding with a particular crew, you'll want to coordinate to ensure you're nice and balanced though.
You get 120 skill points at reputation level 100, and it costs 138 to max out a tree. So sadly, you're unable to max out a single tree.
@pattybean Nothing! Payday 2 has never been on a Nintendo platform before, so we're running a guide series to help newcomers get up to scratch. Not everything has some cynical scheme behind it.
@cookypuss I double-checked and I concede you are correct! We've changed the offending metres to meters.
I kind of stand with @Zyph that your tone was provocative. It helps to take a moment to consider whether you'd put your point across the same way when saying it to someone's face. Us writers are people with feelings, not robots!
Oh, and being an editor doesn't make me immune from the odd grammatical error. We all make mistakes!
Hey all! We've updated this with a bunch of your questions. Have another scan through to see if yours has been answered!
We'll continue to keep an eye on the comments as well, so if you have a question you desperately want answered, @ me and I'll try and get it in there ASAP!

Re: Guide: Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition - How To Unlock All Costumes
@PicaroRob Not sure what happened there but it's now fixed!
Re: Guide: Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition - How To Unlock All Costumes
@KayFiOS It's up now! The unlock requirement was different from Legends, so we had to spend a bit of time playing to learn where to find it.
Re: Guide: Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition - How To Unlock All Costumes
@Yosheel Thanks! I've went through and included all of the missing costumes.

@PorllM I didn't mean to neglect poor Bulbasaur! Just didn't want to list all of them in the same place. "The likes of" suggests there are more
Re: Review: Pokémon Quest (Switch eShop)
@Smigit "The LIKES of" - I wasn't listing them all, just giving you an understanding of which ones you can choose
Re: Review: Pokémon Quest (Switch eShop)
@Tsurii Don't write off Let's Go just yet! Maybe it's just me, but I'm pretty psyched for it.

Re: Guide: Pokémon Let's Go - Everything We Know About Let's Go Pikachu! And Let's Go Eevee! On Nintendo Switch
@AcridSkull You can, yes! Should have the same functionality as a single Joy-Con, though you won't need all of the same buttons.
Re: Guide: Pokémon Let's Go - Everything We Know About Let's Go Pikachu! And Let's Go Eevee! On Nintendo Switch
