Old review I know, but I have to chime in here. I was not a kid when this game came out; young yes, kid no. This was one of my favorite games on the NES, one of the first I owned. Difficult as hell if you don't play it right I will agree, but this is by no means a horrible game. I still bring it out every now and then not for strictly nostalgia's sake but because I still genuinely enjoy playing/beating it. Someone in the comments section pointed out that Fester moves slowly because he's fat, but he also has a seriously hunched back so yeah he'd move slowly. This game isn't perfect but I give it a 7/10.
