@Morrow So I'm familiar with the series and actually got in because of the anime. So the anime only roughly covers the first 1/3 (if that) of the 1st game aka Resurrection. But it's more just a different retelling of that part anyways. I recommend playing through Resurrection and then Rage Burst and it's postgame story (basically a second campaign with its length and intensity)
Ah, finally. This is so hype for me. I'm at that point in ng+ where I'm only working on the last ng+ blades affinity tree and just grinding up every other blade to s+ via item spam. Plus Tora getting a new blade is very much so needed, though not with my theories of him getting Lila, but it works. Also T-elos getting in means at least Xenosaga is getting some representation these days. Also everyone experiences games differently I just want to say you basically have to know that xenoblade has certain expectations, meaning long hours, a unique gameplay system, and usually a level of quality to it. Now some may not see these, and it's fine, to each their own, but as someone who really enjoys this series, I just find it odd how people don't like these games or dislike a lot of it because they don't know what they got themselves into. I digress though, either way I'm looking forward to this patch.
Nice to see Valkyria Chronicles 1 coming to the switch, hopefully english release as well. I already have near 100% the ps4 version so not picking up the switch version unless I get really bored and want it on there. Still plan on picking up 4 hopefully day 1, though depending on special editions I may get ps4 version instead. Also hoping eventually 3 will get a switch port or any western release but who knows. I could care less about 2 being honest.
