Let's not forget EA's unprecedented software support Madden 13, Fifa 13, Mass Effect 3 and Need For Speed Most Wanted U. Oh yeah 4 games in 3 years, I've never felt so happy in my entire life for Nintendo to have that much support on one of their platforms from one company.

I've only played FF VI, FF VII, FF VIII, FF IX, FF X, FF X-2, FF XII, FF XIII, FF XIII-2, FF XIII Lighting's Return, FF Crystal Chronicles (Wii) and I own a copy of The Four Heroes Of Light. I never got to play FF III (DS) the cartridge was faulty and it was second hand as well so go figure.

If I had to recommend an FF game to start with then I would choose FF IX seeing as it's very simple to get into and it has one of the most enjoyable soundtracks ever made aside from Sonic The Hedgehog.

And for the record 13 was not as bad as everyone made it out to be like, seeing as it was the only J.R.P.G on the 360 that sold 1M copies I guess it was the C.O.D fanboys who bought it not knowing what an J.R.P.G was to begin with.

I hated number 8 for the gameplay, too much grinding with awful junction system and I got into an argument with some guy on Twitter who that 8 had the best gameplay ever and that 13 sucked because it was FF 13.

To be honest I kinda want to play this game but I guess I'll need to either get a decent translation patch or learn how to speak, write and read in Japanese.

The music is very nice to listen to, I wonder what the other tracks are going to be like?

I'll look into buying this after I finish FF VI, FF VII, FF IX, Tales Of The Abyss, Tales Of Xilla, Bravely Default, Kingdom Hearts 1.5+2.5, KH 3D: Dream Drop Distance and Pokemon A.S before I consider another R.P.G.

In regards too developers creating spiritual successors all the time, it's the publishers fault for ignoring their fan bases in favor of having their own generic shooter to compete with HALO and Call Of Duty.

I should also point out that these markets didn't die out the publishers just ignored them and wondered why nobody ever bothered buying their generic shooters.

So my Invasion Mode idea to be a reality the Devs at Nintendo would have to create new levels completely from scratch especially if they wanted to include bosses as well, I have an idea for what one of the bosses could be for this mode if we are take into consideration the Co-Op elements.

This boss would be a variation of the Octostomp boss with the main difference being that he turns around very fast when you circle him and it's impossible to topple him the normal way, so we have to use some teamwork to take him down.

1 or 2 players are tasked with spraying ink into his giant eyes to blind him then you ink your way up his back to shoot his weak point. after a couple of tries the boss will be defeated. Sound good to anyone?

Ok let's give my made up game modes some names and starting things we have Invasion Mode where you must defend your team and yourself from the invading Octarians, next up is Spark Fish Madness where one player must outpace the other 7 and keep hold of the Spark Fish for 3 minutes and then finally we have the Tag Mode where certain objects appear in the map and you must be the one who covers it in your teams ink to score points.

@wisdomsprince You and 3 other are in a random map that's being invaded by the Octarians who come in waves, so it would be blending the single player aspect of the game but with some added multiplayer thrown into the mix. Also the devs over at Nintendo could create some new bosses that would work in the multiplayer mode which would require you to work together with your teammates.

I have the game on PS3 as part of the Orange Box Collection but I have never played the game before. I have only seen gameplay footage online but I get what you mean though.

Oh I just thought of another mode where everyone starts of on the same team and it's a mad scramble for the Spark Fish at the start, but as soon as some one gets hold of it they will be blasted off to a quiet corner of the map and then they have to keep hold of the Spark Fish until your timer runs out while everyone is trying to gun you down for the Spark Fish.

Question is will there be any more modes that we don't know about yet?
I'm well aware of the CTF type mode they've got locked away for later, but what about a Horde styled mode where your battling waves of enemies with your mates and the main aim of the game mode is to simply survive a set number of waves.

Well now I suppose we can expect more new IPs from Nintendo then? Also my own game is coming along nicely as well as I just need to start transfer the gameplay ideas from paper and onto my computer now and play test the hell out of it.

The PC market can be summed up like this Facebook is for the casual market, Crysis 3 is for the PC MASTER RACE, Goat Simulator/FNAF are designed for Youtubers to play while recording their faces & screaming the house down over stupid things to make a quick buck and games like Felon (look it up) are for the rest of the normal PC gamers who just play games for fun and not graphics.
