@SillyG
Around 400 dollars worth of lego (actually marginally less of it's several sets)
If you're already a regular lego buyer ober several years it's not that much , but it's understandable that a lot of nintendo fans aren't and therefore frustrated , it would bebinteresting to know if thebexclusivity is annintendo or lego dexision and why it was done (except with the kanto set it was probably to push people to buy the expensive set obviously , but thr lego points part is odd)

The starter set is indeed very expensive and II can't afford it either like a lot of people have mentioned in the comments but as a lego enthusiast it's important to memtion that lego set pricing has to be taken in the perspectibe of the number of pieces
From that perspective the pricing of that set is very reasonable
I usualy benchmark sets on the Lego Lamborghini Sian , which is 400 euros for 4000 pieces , from that perspective over 6800 pieces for 650 is pretty matching even if unaffordable because of it's size (but not nintendo or lego greed for once)
(The Sian is lego technic tho so not a 1 to 1 but the point stands imho)
