Is that for pre-ordering online, in-store or both?

The only source for this seems a preview in this month's issue of the UK Official Nintendo Magazine. If that's the case I wouldn't take it as confirmation of a European release. Trauma Team, Excitebots and Ace Attorney Investigations 2 all had previews in ONM but didn't come out in Europe.

I really want to see a review of the 3DS version, but if this is anything to go by it'll be pretty good.

Not too bad. I'd rather have several little holes to a few big ones. Does anyone know if Europes cases will be different like our DS game cases were?

@Yasume: Actually, Mario Sunshine launched several months after the Gamecube. At launch the biggest title the Gamecube had was Luigi's Mansion.

Yes, it's an RTS, and if its anything like the first Lego Battles game a pretty good one too! I'm pretty excited about this.

I bought and liked the DSiWare Mario vs DK game. Is this one different/better enough to be worth buying as well?

...wow! "Awesome" is right! Hopefully we won't have to wait for it as long in Europe as Mighty Flip Champs and Shantae... (hint, hint)

Is there going to be anything like this in the UK? There was last year. I went and played New Super Mario Bros. Wii before it was even out!

So Japan gets all this cool stuff for the 25th Anniversary of Mario and what do we get? An advert with a bunch of celebrities no one likes telling us how great Mario games that most of us have already bought are. Great. Thanks a bunch, Nintendo UK!

Of course the UK version can be set to English - the UK speaks English!

I'll be buying this tomorrow! I loved Hotel Disk and both Another Code games. It's a real shame this will be Cing's last game, but it looks so good that I'm sure it will be an excellent swansong!

Yes yes yes YES!! This is fantastic news! I was really worried we wouldn't get this, but we are - it's made my day! Shame it's Cing's last game, though...

The shape is fine for me, the three-tone colour scheme is not - it looks cheap and plasticy to me. Plus the metallic finish looks like it could wear off easily. I hope they change that.

I'm watching the Iwata Asks videos on e3.nintendo.com and I just saw the back of a 3DS - it DOES have a DS cart slot!

Whatever it is, the internet is bound to hate it, just like it hates anything that any company announces no matter how good it is. Unless it's something REALLY bad I'll probably be pleased. Shame I'll probably be the only one...

Well, if the Sonic levels are limited to just one galaxy, then it isn't THAT bad. After all, you could just not play it.

Ugh. I REALLY hope not. Or if they have to, at least give us the option to just play as Mario. Mario and Sonic are both great franchises, but combining them in a major Mario title just wouldn't work. Super Mario Galaxy 2 should remain just that: Super MARIO Galaxy.

I bought a black nunchuck yesterday even though I still only have one Wii Remote! I'll get a black remote as soon as I can, probably when I buy New Super mario Bros. Wii.
