No, and I'm glad it's not. An RPG level system would be seriously immersion-killing, and take away the whole "natural progression" part of Zelda games Nintendo has always been great at pulling off.
The near 1:1 recreation is a bit scary, I don't want to pay $60 for the same game again. The artstyle has grown on me, but chibi wouldn't be my first pick. Ilca/GF/Po. Co./whoever is gonna play it safe, which is fine because Legends: Arceus is coming out around the same time and is probably gonna be sooooo much better.
