@Shiryu Unfortunately from the price ($27) it implies digital release only. Most retail games are upwards of $45 in Japan.

@unrandomsam I guess The Sims is most similar gameplay-wise but TL has ALL (and much more!) the Nintendo humour from WW.

@Retro-Commando The JP version is 1,721 blocks. Allow a little more for the EU version (more leagues/languages).

@RobMondavi There's only one save file in the JP version.

@unrandomsam Yes, you play the mini-games.

@gsmaciel The two are very similar but also very different. My favourite part of Tomodachi Life in comparison with Animal Crossing is that if you haven't time to visit your island for a few days/weeks your Miis feed and clothe themselves where-as in AC:NL there are weeds etc everywhere and you may find out a favourite villager has left!

@noctowl I gave it 10/10 on my blog. Still playing daily a year after release.

And the JP file size is 2,956 so there goes the different European voices.

Am I missing something or does it not say previously announced anywhere, only on titles to be released in 2013?

Lack of Virtual Console for the 3DS is again a bit disappointing. It's not that there aren't enough NES titles (and where are all the Game Boy/Color titles?!)

@Bulby Exactly. I was expecting it to be £34.99 on the eShop. No sale at that price.

I have no problems with what Iwata says externally but as long as he realises internally how bad the (Wii U) situation is then all good.

Amazing news! Despite the awful region-locking, NOE are really to be commended this year (strictly 3DS speaking of-course!).

3DS makes up for it's poor Virtual Console with enough other quality content.

Wii U has no other content (Smurfs don't count) and choose to release NO Virtual Console games?

I was actually more excited by this than most retail releases so I hope it actually does see release.

Please can you correct the headline as Chibi Robo is a full game that makes use of Augmented Reality. It is not simply an 'AR app'. Thanks!
