Re: Sonic Movie Director Promises To Change Controversial Design

@Nerdfather1 Usually I'd agree because in principle, yes, totally, there are almost always crazies who make the most noise, but in this instance the design of Sonic was so far removed from the original Sonic and so genuinely creepy and weird that making it look the way the iconic character has looked for around 30 years until this film was the way to go.

I really enjoyed most of this on PC. There are some CRAZY frustrating difficulty spikes, so be warned.

It's coming to the Humble Bundle on PC next month, which is a very short time after release (early December 2018)... Does this usually indicate that the game didn't sell as well as intended, if it's in a cheap bundle only 4 months after launch?

Seems most of the people posting negative comments about the art style and graphics may be unaware of the cost and time involved in making higher fidelity pixel art (and just all game art in general). One can't simply quadruple the size and quality of sprites on a whim.

Personally I think this game looks fantastic and is a true homage to the classics it is (self-admittedly) inspired by. I've backed it and am looking forward to playing it on the Switch.
