I cant play first person shooters at 30 fps... or with a game pad. That's why I'll play it on my PC at 144fps. That said I do like the fact that it is getting a switch port for all the people that don't have gaming PCs.
I loved Child of Light and will defiantly have to buy it again for the Switch (Valiant Hearts was also great but not quite worth a rebuy for me). This console has mostly become a way of buying games I already own so I can play them portably, not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing.
As much as I love the gameplay in XC2 the weeb character designs (and writing but I wont get into that) really bring the game down for me and this new blade looks horrible.
I have to admit I'm feeling the first party game drought. I buy Nintendo consoles for Nintendo game, everything else I play on PC and since Xenoblade 2 released there has been little that's interested me. For the rest of 2018 all the Switch has for me is Octopath Traveller and Valkyria Chronicles 4 (although I'll get it on PC if it comes out on that). 2 games for the next 6 months... That's not great.
Hell, I would be happy with a port of Xenoblade Chronicles X because it's a game I can sink 500 hours into and would keep me going until next year.

Re: Xenoblade Chronicles X's Elma Revealed For Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Available Today
Well at least XC2 now has a character that I like and she isn't dressed like a prostitute.
Now all I need is the XCX switch port.
