Re: Fire Emblem Engage - Tips And Tricks To Get You Started

AWCollector86

This is the first Fire Emblem game I’ve played (outside of the first Warriors spinoff). SRPG is typically one of my least favorite game genres, but Engage has drawn me in with the gameplay, graphics, and characters. I also appreciate the brighter look of the game over the Three Houses art style. It’s been a great entry point to a series I’ve wanted to try for a while but was intimidated to jump into fearing the learning curve would be overwhelming. Thankfully, it’s been easy to pick up so far…probably will be harder to master as I get further into it.

Re: Hyrule Warriors: Age Of Calamity Has Now Shipped Over 4 Million Units

Both Hyrule Warriors Age of Calamity and the original HW are great games for fans of the series. I'd never played a Musou game before the original, but it quickly made me a fan of the 1 vs. 1,000 style of gameplay. I hope Nintendo will borrow a page from these games for Breath of the Wild 2 in giving us a playable Zelda.

I'd also love to see a Mushroom Kingdom Warriors at some point. Tougher to translate Mario to that style of gameplay, but, hey, they made Mario vs. Rabbids work so here's hoping.

Re: Talking Point: amiibo Have Always Been Physical DLC, Skyward Sword HD Is No Different

Some people complain certain amiibos do too little, while others complain they do too much. There's no pleasing everyone. Prior to this amiibo being announced, no one was saying they wouldn't buy Skyward Sword HD because of a lack of fast travel. In my opinion, that just makes the amiibo functionality a bonus feature, what amiibos were always designed to provide. I'm grateful they're producing this amiibo and have no problem with its in-game functionality.
