Sega has released a brand new trailer for Two Point Hospital on Nintendo Switch and other platforms, alongside news of its new release date and info on its included content.
You'll be able to get your hands on the upcoming hospital sim from 25th February 2020. It was originally expected to arrive on Switch in 2019, but developer Two Point Studios decided to delay the release in order to make the game be "the best it can possibly be". Here's a little more info from Sega:
Build your epic healthcare empire in the atypical world of Two Point County, by customising your hospitals, researching (119!) unusual illnesses, curing patients and training staff. At launch, Two Point Hospital on consoles comes with the first two critically acclaimed expansions ‘Bigfoot’ and ‘Pebberley Island’, which gives players a total of 21 regions to explore.
To ensure the best gameplay experience across all platforms, Two Point Studios have rebuilt the PC control scheme for console gaming which guarantees smooth play for both on the go and on the couch gaming.
Players can now pre-order the game on other platforms, but Switch pre-orders are also expected to go live on the eShop "soon".

Ive been looking forward to this one. I hope the port job is done well.
This game looks sick!
I’ll leave now
Great! Was disapponted it slipped into 2020, but it looks very promising. I loved Theme Hospital, and I hope this is comparable.
i am really waiting for this game!!!! I love this type of game, sometimes I miss pc games but I cannot afford for now a good pc
Touch screen controls on switch please!
PEGI 3 for able to kill the patiences inside the hospital ??
@Anti-Matter
Yeah... I hear ya there. Then again they also gave NBA2K20 a 3 despite it having literal real-money slot machines in it, so I think they've been a little suspect as of late.
@Anti-Matter It's a hospital. People die sometimes.

A bright and very humorous game about managing a hospital and curing as many people as possible...
And the first thing you think about ist how you could technically also do the opposite of your goal and kill people?
I actually had to stop and think for a moment If you are even right about that possibility.
I guess with a little creativity you could do it... Like, If someone on the brink of death is standing in line somewhere and you can edit the line so others get priority all the time until the guy dies. That would also mean actively sabotaging yourself of course as dead people are about the last thing you want in your hospital.
This is way too far fetched for pegi to up the rating in my opinion.
I mean what are the Lemmings games then? Those games are usually Pegi 3 as well....
And as a bonus fact: A 3 year old wouldn't be able to effectively play a hospital management game anyway.
My wife really loves Theme Hospital. Looking forward to surprising her with this.
I love this game, but I can't handle all the damn notifications every 5 seconds. Makes the game unplayable for me.
@Anti-Matter well, I want a perfect hospital with all patients saved, but also it will be fun to do an evil run and make sure they don’t make it. I like that option
