Fortnite Is Teaming Up With The Avengers To Promote Endgame

this is great news for me.

Go away, Fortnite.

Please go away

Wish I could snap my fingers and make Fortnite vanish.

Is all the hate for Fortnite really valid? Is it because of the services or just because of screaming LPs who think they're such hot stuff and cuss you out?

@Rafke Except Fortnite wasn't ever "good".

I really dont understand the hate other then it is popular and the "cool kids" thing to do. I have been gaming for over 25 years and have seen this constantly. Before fortnite it was pubg, before that it was FPSs in general. Before that it was cool to hate on MMORPGs. The gaming community has always been fairly toxic but in the last 10 years I have seen it develop into just pure nasty hate. Noone wants anyone to enjoy anything they do not like anymore.

I tend to avoid message boards, forums and all that stuff in general and just stick to my core group now. I play alittle of everything and fortnite is has been in my rotation since save the world first launched on PC. I got back into it when they launched on switch and I absolutely love this game. Epic does an incredible job pumping out updates every week to keep the game fresh.

Sure the update may not always be great but they always try something. You always know when you drop in that something weird is going to happen because it is a game. It dosent take itself to seriously, and there is a surprising amount of lore and story that they throw in for the hardcore fans that look for it.

So no I really dont understand the hate for a game people do not have to play. If you dont like it and want it to die then just go play something else and dont look...and if seeing the word fortnite brings you that much pain...then I really dont know what to tell ya. Maybe you arnt as grownup as ya think you are...

@SladeStrife I agree with that so much. I still love Fortnite because they try new stuff and that's okay. If someone don't like something, doesn't mean everyone shouldn't like it. Except Brexit.

People still play this 💩💩💩 lol fortnite suckz

@SladeStrife great comment. Completely agree. I don’t really play fortnite but I know a lot of people that do.

@SladeStrife yep. It's a very good game and stays fresh. I like it a lot and enjoy playing it a lot too

@SladeStrife unfortunately this is a far to simple outlook. People have used the same argument for years. I was told not to hate Ultimate team modes and if i didn’t like - don’t play. I didn’t play and development of franchise modes all but dried up. In FPS I was told not to hate on multiplayer and just not to play but now campaign modes are cut down and short and then I’m told don’t hate on the free to play - milk you later model - and single player experiences are suffering...

So fortnite gets hate because it’s spawned a greed for games companies and a created a market that’s taken away from games I love.

Loot boxes, card game modes, multiplayer and these “free” games would all be fine if single player experiences were still like the were in the middle of the last gen but they aren’t. This hasn’t created revenue that has added to gaming its made companies greedy and has taken away from other games. Same with DLC - games aren’t bigger you just have to pay more to unlock it all.

Why do I always discover the worst comments in NL from Fortnite and Melee articles?

I recently got back into the game, and I think they may finnally be back on track since the end of season 5. In my opinion, the baller is the best thing ever added to the game, but that may be just me.

I hope you can shrink as Ant-Man and expand in someone’s A$$ to get a kill.

I think you have that backwards.

This is Avengers Endgame promoting Fortnight.

@Dakotastomp Screaming children is why multiplayer sucks. No I don't need to listen to some kid cry from his mom's basement about losing while learning new racist slurs.

Popular things promoting other popular things. This is going to be popular.

Don't care about Fortnite, but Avengers Endgame is HYPE!

Remember when Fortnite was supposed to be a survival tower defense game?
Good, neither do the people who make the game.

I play it from time to time, guess I'll jump again to see what this is all about

Omg! Fortnite and The Avengers fighting side y side in a 100 player battle royale mode! This is what gaming dreams are made of seriously, now all we need is that Big azz Thanos ship in the game, the Falcon ship and Nova Corps avatars and it will be complete for me to Avenge the Gaming Universe.

My kids say Fortnite is dying. They logged on for the first time in weeks this weekend and didn't immediate get matches and then were joined with 26 players instead of 100.

Fortnite and Avengers. Two words I don't care if I never read again.

Endgame just released where I live today. I think Thanos will win again, but that's just my theory.

@Stocksy sounds like you have more of a problem with capitalism than Fortnite. Which I agree is bad and the greed isn't going to stop until we redesign the system.
