I can't believe I watched the whole thing, but Mr. Latshaw is correct. The discussion about video games between those two is much more mature than 75% of forum debates, hahaha. Sad, but true...probably.

Those videos raise many questions:
1) Why is he gotten so popular in the first place?
2) How he still got a YouTube account? He is 10 years old, tops.
3) Well, he is a bit exaggerated on his gaming stance, but why people is so aggresive to him on his YT videos? He is just a kid.
4) Looks like children are now directly influenced by those popular YT rant videos, what that does that means for the future of mankind?

If the real Legend of Zelda is a bad franchise, then those CD-I Zelda titles must all be good games right? Let's face it they don't follow the same formula as the main ones.

That's me. Well, I really don't know why people freak out about my videos on the internet everywhere. I'm just saying my opinions, and people are saying "OMG this kid is so hilarious!" "Yo guys check out this funny kid..." "This kid is such a Nintendo and Sonic fanboy!" And so on and so on. It's very annoying. I hope this post doesn't affect what you guys think of me on Nintendo Life, because if so, this is just another place that I'll get picked on.

1. I don't know, but I honestly preferred it when I was unpopular on YouTube because I didn't get made fun of nearly as much.
2. Well, I'm 14. Yes, I know I look younger, but everyone is different, okay? And I know I have a high voice. I can't help that. Plus I have a life-long curse known as autism which as affected me socially in school especially.
3. I ask that myself. The trolls on YouTube often upset me. Luckily I have friends in my life that cheer me up and my opinions are mine, and no one can change that, right?

Not complaining. Most video makers would be excited to be in your position. No one on here is going to think of you any different or tease you, or I would at least hope so. NL is a pretty nice community in general.
TL:DR While people might try to make fun of you, think of all the people you've entertained by gaining this popularity with your videos. And no one is gonna make fun of your for voicing your opinions in something you believe in. At least not on here.

Now that Internet exposes children, people older than him should know who they are speaking about and the results that could affect the future of these children's life. Children can't think about these risks so, as there is too few way to protect them on the Internet, we, adults, could try to lower these abuses by thinking before posting !

I realise its meant to be taken as some light humour, but why is this being posted on Nintendolife, especially considering the uploader is a user - and didn't ask for it. I really don't understand why this site tries to put up serious articles most of the time, then uploads stuff like this 'for the LOLs'. Doing either is fine, but know your audience and pick one. ._.

I didn't expect some to respond as negatively as they have, and if I had, I may have thought twice about posting this. But if this is what you love doing, keep at it and don't let anyone get you down, because you're certainly not hurting them.

It's good to see you participating on this site that I've encountered really friendly and full of nice people. Likewise I look forward to see your comments on the forums seeing how you're quite apassionate about gaming, I respect that a lot..

Now, the Internet is a harsh place, please be careful, never take things said on the net personally, the thing is... give some anonymity to people and everyone loses their minds. So sadly you're going to encounter reactions of all kinds, from good to the very bad. Does that means you have to stop voicing your opinion?
No, of course not. But be more reasonable. What you say and believes is as valid as anyone's else, but I do think yelling, losing your temper and discrediting others points of view altogether it's not good for you nor your argument, and those things put you in a bad spotlight.

Normally this is something we all have to deal in our lives but on more private settings, and being kids that meant getting a free-pass but beacuse the Internet and how YT gave you this kind of celebrity status, now you have to grab the bull by its horns and be the grown up here, unlike those YT commenters on your videos.

Take notoriety but not from the wrong reasons. That you pose a stance and prove why it is a good position for you to hold it's more powerful than anything and something even the most popular "YouTubers" (and adults) have problem with.

Take this newfound popularity yours and use it well, construct a better way to convey what you want to say and eveything should be alright!

I, too, was actually scratching my head about all the negative comments. It seems that many people are not too sympathetic with kids putting videos on you tube. I actually found the video to be hilarious. Then again, I'm an uncle and have had the experience of being around young children and seeing their imaginations at work. Big kuddos to them for uploading videos! And yes, they do remind me of adults; we are only going to point out the negative of things we don't like

you really should learn how to argue. not trying to be mean, but people will take you more seriously if you use more facts to support your claims, but people will take you less seriously if you insult your opponent and lose your temper. not trying to be mean, we all learned from somewhere.

coming back to my previous comment on this post, Haley really doesn't know what she's talking about, and she's just trolling, but you're not really giving strong enough evidence to back your side of the argument up and prove her wrong. several times in the video could i contradict her opinion with facts about the game, but you kind of just got angry and insulted her.

remember, when you get angry, the troll wins. people think irrationally when they're angry, and that might have been the case for you. drop the attitude a bit to where you can understand her issues, and like the rest of us, you'll be able to prove her wrong.
