Metroid Dread Where To Go After You Get The Morph Ball Bomb
Image: Nintendo Life

Now that we've got our Morph Ball Bomb ability, we're immediately going to put it to use by blowing up the floor of the statue room we're in to escape and then travelling through three Morph Ball launchers to reach an E.M.M.I. zone that we'll sneak through in order to hop on a shuttle to the game's next area, Burenia.

Getting to the shuttle for Burenia is pretty straightforward stuff and a quick glance at your in-game map shows you some nearby Morph Ball launchers you're going to need to travel through in order to reach this area's E.M.M.I. zone. To help you out, we've got a few maps below that show you our route down through these launchers. Once you've exited one you should be able to find the next on your map and the general direction we're moving at this time is south-east. Just before you jump into the third of these launchers you'll also find a save station and now is a great time to record your progress.

Once you've saved, hop in the last launcher then head into the E.M.M.I. zone we've pinpointed below, once here you need to move carefully down — the yellow E.M.M.I. is very close by at this point — and then head left in order to find the exit which will bring you into an outdoor area filled with weird creatures and pools of water.

From here keep on moving along as the path winds naturally through this cavernous new environment and you'll very shortly arrive at the shuttle area that takes you onwards to the next step in your adventure. Burenia awaits!

Need help with where to go next now that you've reached Burenia? We've got a guide for that!
