Review Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley (3DS)
Lost, but not missed
The Harvest Moon series has had a bit of a confusing production history, but the good news is that we're here to help you out with the basics. Originally created and developed by the now defunct Victor Entertainment Software until its acquisition in 2003, the Harvest Moon series has since been produced by Marvelous AQL. Though...

We've finally done it. News Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley Update Tackles the Important Stuff, Like Fido's "Naughty Habits"
Out now in North America
Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley was a divisive 3DS entry in the franchise, with some opinion that Natsume's attempts at modernising and evolving the series weren't a success; for our part we considered it to be below par. In any case, it'll have its fans, and around eight months after its release Natsume has issued an update...

First Impressions Getting Our Hands Dirty in Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley
Farm fresh
Since its initial début on the Super Nintendo in 1997, Harvest Moon has blossomed into something of an institution; a non-traditional RPG that swapped swords for shovels, replaced fighting with farming, and let players find true love among the turnips, it captivated with a unique charm, and has been hooking would-be farmers on platforms...
About The Game
Hiking your way through the mountains one day, you become caught in an unexpected snowstorm, and find shelter with the help of a faint voice.
When you awaken, you find and help a kindly Harvest Sprite buried under the snow, who tells you all of the seasons in the valley have vanished except for winter. To return all 4 seasons to the valley, you'll need the help of the villagers, the Harvest Sprites, the Harvest Goddess, and even the King of the Underworld!
In Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley, players will experience the role-playing farm simulation in a three-dimensional setting for the first time. The game has a fully customizable world, and players can customize their field in any way they see fit: from a field full of tulips like you might see in Holland, to a valley filled with water like Venice, the choice is up to you.
You've never played a Harvest Moon game quite like this!

so exited i cant wait
so does this mean that player creation is back?
i also wonder does this mean that it'll be like for example 64 or magical melody where you plow your own field or will it be like in new begnning where it was you had a set field?
Sounds promising.
Looks good.
☺️ Looks & Sounds Promising. ☺️
Never really played a harvest moon game but really wanted to so I'm looking into this as a place to start.
It's kinda got some minecraft-ness. Looks really good
Can't wait this will be my first harvest moon game
I think I will give this a try. Still, Story of Seasons is going to be AWESOME!
I actually am really excited for this, not a huge fan of gigantic heads though.
One thin even though it says Marvelous AQL under developer they are in no way conncted to this game.
Where is the review?
Review yet?????
I'll admit, I'm a bit curious as to when the review will be released as well. I enjoyed New Beginning, and the previews made this sound a lot better.
Well.....this one failed. Oh well, at least we have Story of Seasons!
Could we please get a review? Not to sound impatient, but this is a major release that has been out for two months. It should have had one by now. I'm dieing to know what you guys have to say about the game!
@Obito_Sigma
Yeah, where is a review? Nintendolife usually is quick with this stuff.
