Why is everyone assuming it is not online? The previous game was online.

This looks awesome. I was going to pass on the game, but I'll have to pick it up now. I hope PH's versus mode is included, too. That game ruled.

Edit: Nevermind, no wi-fi means I won't be able to play it. That sucks. I hope they just didn't include the logo in the art they sent out to media.

I agree with you there.
I dedicated about as much time as I spent on the main quest to the online multiplayer. It really made the game that much better. I hope it's online, or else I'll be disappointed.

I didn't even bother finishing half the quest. I would have traded it in after a week if not for the multiplayer, which kept me at it for a couple months at least.

Why, what made you stop playing. If you get past the Temple of the Ocean King sections, you have a very enjoyable experience.

If the logo isn't on the boxart, it's not going to be online. This isn't something that Nintendo casually forgets, and I've read in a couple of spots that it is indeed local multiplayer only.

Sad news (even though I barely touched the multiplayer in PH), but it won't stop me from getting it by any means.

I can't. It's too boring, and the other temples weren't that exciting either.
