For you, the day LordJumpMad graced your threads, was the most important day of your life. But for me, it was Tuesday. [url=http://www.backloggery.com/jumpmad]Unive...
Yes, the Spectrum was great, but I'd also like to see more C64 stuff, games like Creatures (2), Summer Camp, Stunt Car Racer, The Great Escape (this one probably better on the Spectrum)...
Not really, I second the Stamper brothers games though - but I'd really like more C64 games please .
Maniac Mansion, Last Ninja 3, Giana Sisters, Project Firestart, Gribbly's Day Out, Turrican, Turrican II, Katakis, Wizball, Jumpman Junior, Zak McKracken, Armalyte, X-Out, Wizard of Wor, Archon, Boulder Dash II, Buggy Boy, Kikstart II, Bruce Lee, Decathlon, M.U.L.E, Pirates!, Lemmings, just to name a few ones I really want.
There's much more to the Spectrum than just Jetpac you know. You wouldn't dismiss the the whole of the NES just because you didn't like say, DK Jr

Some would, I'm sure. Considering how the C64 disappeared I doubt it will ever happen.
The C64 disappeared because of The Last Ninja 3 most likely. The Spectrum is as different to the C64 as the NES is to the TG16. Just because the C64 failed doesn't mean another computer from the eighties would fail.
The Colour Palette would be a problem these days though...it displayed 4 didn't it? I mean the C64 isn't great to look at by any means, but it's only just acceptable when it comes to playing it...
I can see potential in the Speccy though...despite it being limited to an audience in the UK.

Yeah, but I want games to be sold for 200 - 300 points, not 500 like the C64.
I count more than four colors (including black and white).
Edgey, Gumshoe, Godot, Sissel, Larry, then Mia, Franziska, Maggie, Kay and Lynne.
I'm throwing my money at the screen but nothing happens!
