Anyone else fill out that casting survey for the commercial? Just wondering if anyone here has the guts to trade dignity (Is that the right word choice?) for a tiny bit of fame.

Nintendo needs to get their heads out of their @$$ and throw gamers a bone.

The Game.

Is it after 9PM EST? You should probably ignore the above post.

Uh, Donkey Kong, Kirby, and 3DS?

I like the new boxart. It makes the game look festive and fun.

Kirby is basically nothing like Kirby, and most 3DS games so far are ports. This gen has been entirely about casual gamers from everyone, especially Nintendo. They need to make an original franchise for real gamers, instead of this Wii_____ crap.

I'm torn on this game, it looks fun but in my house 90% of the time there will only be 2 people playing and it seems to be made more for getting a group of people together.

If you're looking for party games, I would suggest finding one of the Rayman Raving Rabbids series.

Wii Party will be $50 in North America...
Or, you can find the Rayman Raving Rabbids games for $20 or less:
Rayman Raving Rabbids - leaderboards through codes, archaic, but still better than nothing
Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 - online leaderboards directly from the Wii system
Rayman Raving Rabbids: TV Party - uses Wii Balance Board and online leaderboards

I really don't see what Wii Party offers that is worth $50, compared to all the other "party" games out that you can find for less now. If Wii Party was released in 2006 or 2007, I could understand; but releasing in 2010 and it won't use WM+ or the Wii Balance Board in any way? I'll pass for now...

What? What? Wii Party looks really great, rabbids game can suck (rabbids games are soo boring so stinki boring, so stupidly boring, I will not play that game, even if someone give it to me as a gift) Rayman rabbids 2 is really really bad, it is a completly totally fail. Wii Party looks like the next mario party, so mario party is great - wii party will also be great, but with miis.

???
It introduced online leaderboards, so no writing down codes.
It also was the first of the series to include 4-players playing in the music games simultaneously.
What didn't you like about it?

I thought it was the best rabbids game. This one you got to dress your rabbid. You got to play some old bunny shooting. It did not reapeat games unlike RRR 1 and RRR 3 and hopefully not RRR 5

Yes, Mario Party is likely done. (Secretly, I'm hoping they do one final wrap-up/anniversary one to do a proper ending.)

Everything!!! It is one of the worst games I have ever played, the minigames are so boring and so stupid and hey, I really don't care if it got online leaderboards or alot of minigames or 4-multiplayer, the gameplay sucks, the history sucks, I played like 5 of those minigames, and find all of them soooooooooooo freaking boring, if your looking for a great minigame-series wii game, go for the wario ware versions, that are awesome games!!!! And Wii party looks also really awesome for mario party fans and for minigames fans!!!!

I thought highly of RRR2 when I first got it, but now my thoughts diminished slightly. Now I get tired of playing it quickly (IF I play it; haven't played it in such a long time).

Was grateful for the addition of online leaderboards (even made it in the Top 3 on a few of them), and I loved the revised "Bunny Hunts" and such, but overall, the original was better simply because the replay value was tremendous for me. Multiplayer-wise, there are some fun ones in RRR2 that I'd still love to play with a group. But I do admit there are some boring ones in there (although I didn't originally think so when I first got the game).

I want to call this a Mario Party rip-off, but I can't since Nintendo also made Mario Party.
But this does look fun.
