Apart from my bleeding eyes,I suppose it had some satirical value. His takes on the points were hit and miss, but I did get some good chuckles here and there.

That was awesome! I never noticed the legs though and they are really long. He should be a bit chubby. As he is now he is really going for that anorexic look which can't be good for a child's self esteem.

According to the lastest issue of Nintendo Power, some of the complaints are now known not to be true:
There will be plenty of platforming and momentum-based gameplay (unlike Sonic Rush). There will be multi-tiered levels with hidden areas. There will be special stages with Chaos Emeralds that will unock a bonus cliffhanger ending at the end of Episode I. Takashi Iizuka, a Sonic Team veteran who served as Senior Game Designer for Sonic 3 and Sonic & Knuckles, is in charge of the project. Jun Senoue, who helped compose music for Sonic 3 and Sonic & Knuckles, is the Sound Director for Sonic 4.
