For me it's red steel... Good graphics, long singleplayer. The control is fine, not too bad but not great. I like the japanesse atmosphere too...
How about far cry, calling, juon, sonic rider, brother in arms doube time, are they good?
I liked Red Steel well enough. Had some fun with the multiplayer, even if it was a bit lacking in content on that end. It didn't execute its core concept very well though. The sequel pulled it off much better.
Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity is a pretty good time, not sure what people would have against that. I also enjoyed Sonic and the Secret Rings enough to get all gold medals.
Red Steel got ok to good reviews: 6/10, 7/10, 8/10, not what I call bad game.
I think the biggest difference was with WiiWare title Robox which got mediocre reviews, around 5/10, but I actually loved its openworld style Mega Man + Metroid gameplay, and gave it a 9/10.
I've even drawn my own maps for it to find everything 100%. The game is called Robox and is 1000 Wii Points, not to be confused with the PC game Roblox.
Robox is old-school difficult and it has three huge areas for exploration and action-platforming, and shooting, in vast and deadly areas that you need to backtrack to multiple times (with the help of teleporters and checkpoints), with nice-looking detailed 2D graphics throughout. On the downside the music lacks some variety (there's only three worlds BGM and one boss BGM + the title screen BGM) and it has no map function which brings you back to a feeling of the first Metroid: A completely new, unknown, wild planet and nothing to navigate you around, stranded and lost and completely on your own. But it was worth it, cause it is a lot of bang for your buck, took me around 20 hours to complete. It's one of those games that start out very hard (it's basically survival from one checkpoint to another), but if you keep at it the game gets easier the more "energy tanks" and skills you unlock. I love the idea where you control microbots that can restore your robots functions. You'll need to find rare minerals in the openworld though to activate and move the microbots inside your hulls puzzly miniworld.

Oh, I have some Wii games that I like despite of Low Score from Metacritic or IGN or etc. I don't care their rating, as long I like the game, score doesn't really matter.
These are my Acceptable Mediocre games that I have (rated 5 - 6 from 10 by me) :
1. Cooking Mama Wii (5 / 10)
2. My Sims (5.5 / 10)
3. My Sims Kingdom (5 / 10)
4. Harvest Moon Animal Parade (6 / 10)
5. Gold's Gym Cardio Workout Wii (5.5 / 10)

I have Gold gym and cooking mama. Cooking mama is little bit hard on control but it has nice graphic & gameplay... Gold gym cardio is nice for burning some calories =p
Mario Sports Mix (Lack of content? Yeah. Right.)
Kirby's Return to Dream Land (thanks a lot, IGN >_< )
Sega Superstars Tennis (Beats the living grog out of the recent two Mario Tennis games)
Animal Crossing: City Folk (I didn't like Wild World at all, but this game I liked)
Ju-On IS a bad game. Just thoroughly badly designed.
Brothers in Arms on the other hand is pretty nice.
Also, MySims Kingdoms is my guilty pleasure. And MySims Racing is pretty much the sequel Diddy Kong Racing never got. Whatever you do, however, never buy MySims Party...quite the party pooper...
