Topic: The new Pokemon...

Well, according to IGN, its not going to be a main game (which was expected anyways, lol)...what do you think its going to be? Chances are it may just be one of those Stadium games, or XD...whatever that is. (never played it, bite me, lol)

I thought it would be cool if Intelligent Systems took over and made some sort of Advance Wars-like game with it.
Doubt that will happen though...ah well...>_>

If it won't be a main entry, it could be my long dreamed of sequel to Pokemon Snap! I just know that if we don't see it on Wii, we will most certainly see it on 3DS. The fact that a new character in the anime, Trip, is ALWAYS taking pictures is a big sign to me! If we don't see a new Pokemon Snap within the next 3 years on either system, I will be sorely disappointed and shocked! God I want Pokemon Snap 2 so bad......

Keep forgetting about Snap...not a bad game. (was fun throwing stuff at them though. xD)

Yeah I hope that they do something along the lines of another pokemon snap, the wii remote would be well suited to that as well.

However unlikely, I always wish for a pokemon MMO. I wanna become a member of team Rocket!

I wish they would do some type of console RPG, even if it isn't going to be a full blown Pokemon (color here) with Wii Graphics.

or Paper Pokemon, I can actually see it as an RPG

What I'd like to see is a console version of Pokemon Red, in full modern graphics!

I want to see a pokemon stadium 3! I doubt the odds are high...at all...especially for a 3DS version. But I would still love one. I remember playing pokemon stadium 2 so much my family would get mad at me.

They're called Pokémon Colosseum and Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness for GameCube.

Personally, I'd like them to make another 3D battling game by combining the best features of the Stadium games (multiplayer minigames, rental Pokémon, play the handheld games on the TV), Colosseum and XD (full RPG story mode), and Battle Revolution (online play, character customization with unlockables) into a single Wii game.

You know what would be awesome? If Nintendo made a game that's a Wii version of Pokemon Black and White. Like, anyone playing Black or White on their DS or 3DS can connect to the Wii and play the exact same game, only with Wii graphics and 3D battling.

I know it's just a fan service dream, but c'mon, it'd be really, really cool.

I doubt we'll ever get a full console Pokemon game.

I'd just be happy if we got Pokemon Snap 2. Just as long as it's not another Pokemon Coliseum game.

But Really, Stadium games were fun to play with, just to see your Pokemon battle in 3D.
The last one on The Wii did the same but felt a bit, cut and dry. Maybe if they added pokemon Bossies there are from The Game, and make up a bunch of boring ones

To be honest Pogo...don't think really need to hope at all...like everyone has said, its most likely going to be another Stadium/Coliseum/whatever game. xD

I truly hope that they never make a main series Pokemon console game. It would take away too much from the series, and no matter what they would add, it wouldn't be enough to recover what would be lost.

Same here, I believe that would be going against what Pokemon really is, it's meant to be a portable game, hence "Pocket Monsters". As for the announced Wii game, it's probably just going to be a stadium game for Black and White.
