Finally got hold of this game as I missed this one in the 90s. Am playing single player and was wondering how to revive computer controlled companions? She has been 'unconcious' for ages now and I have no idea how to revive her. Also how do you use medical herbs????? An finally, the two werewolves in the haunted forest quite early on in the game are very annoying. Its taken me over 30 attempts to defeat them as once they 'get you' you become trapped and they just finish you off! Unreasonable difficulty spike in my opinion (I am not a noob)

If you want to start a new game (since this point in the game's only about a half-hour to an hour in), just don't go to Pandora's Castle. Immediately after leaving the Water Palace, go to Pandora and leave the west exit, go through to Gaia's Navel, get the sprite and the axe (since you'll have to fight the Dwarf Village boss alone anyways), then go back to Pandora and get the girl and go to the forest maze. She won't get separated, so she won't get kidnapped and you won't have to fight the werewolves.
There are some in the castle, but you can try to avoid them.

The boss of the castle after the forest can be hard, but soon after that you'll get magic and then the game starts to get easier (provided you take the time to level-up your spells).

I'm at the cave without the girl...although the haunted forest won't let me progress further anyway.

Main Final Fantasy & Quest/Shinobi Team fan...but I do like many SEGA games and a few Nintendo games.

I can be cute if I want to be, but I choose not to...as it's not my style.
