Getting RS2 tomorrow. Pre-ordered it at Gamestop. It will also be the second motion plus I get. I hear you get a golden sword in game item or something when pre-ordered.

Hmmm... I didn't even check what pre-order goodies there are.. I Pre-ordered it from the play.com and according to their site we'll get these unlockables:
Unlock four exclusive in-game weapons: the Tataro .357 Magnum, Cord Industries Barracuda .357 AMP, Kuro No Ken (The Black Blade) and Nihonto Hana (The Blossom Sword)
also:
Exclusive Red Steel 2 artbook - take a voyage through the Red Steel 2 universe with an exclusive Red Steel 2 art book containing the influences, sketches and drawings made by the Red Steel 2 team
Those extra weapons are apparently unlockable in every game, because the game doesn't connect to the internet you can use any pre-order code you want. Or so I've heard.
Anyway, the Special Edition is not worth the £15 extra IMO. So I just pre-ordered it from Amazon UK for £30/€33
Ah, well heres to a great game! hopefully it turns out great. I heard somewhere that alot of major online reviews will be posted early this morning, don't know where. Thats all just a rumor though.
why did they have an embargo on reviews. it's usually not good. I wanted the game to have 90~ around reviews.

Embargoes aren't only an attempt to protect bad games from bad sales. I could see them also doing an embargo to ensure that all reviewers who've been given advanced copies actually play the game rather than slapping our a review quickly to beat everyone else to press.
I guess that, between this and the NGamer review, it's not going to be quite in AAA territory, but it sounds like its going down a heck of a lot better than the first game.
Just read IGN's review. Really nice review, though the score seemed a bit lower than I would have imagined. Either way, I'm still thoroughly excited for this game (even though I'm still a bit bummed over the lack of multiplayer)
